Our house is situated in a popular neighbourhood of the medina. We have been living here for the past 7 years and we will be pleased to help you find your way in this busteling city. One of our rooms we are renting out to guests. This room has got an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and gives out on a large patio full of lush greenery. We will serve you breakfast in the morning and you can use the kitchen facilities if you need.
The rooftop terrace has got sundeck chairs. We will provide you with a housekey so you're free to come and go. There is free wifi available in the house. We will arrange for your airport transfer at the cost of the taxi ( 100Dh)
There is and extra room with shared shower/toilet available at 25 euros.
Our house is in the middle of the labyrint of the medina and is difficult to find. We suggest to make rdv or we can arrange a taxi from the airport.
We had the perfect stay at Nicolas' place. After a rocky start to our holiday at a different riad we weren't sure marrakech was for us. As soon as we met Nicolas this all changed. Their home is beautiful, the perfect surrounding. We loved the dogs and tortoises! The decoration and ambiance is perfect. We were very sad to leave. We felt so welcome and at home. Breakfast was amazing and using bikes to explore is definitely the best way.

THIS BEING SAID: if it had not been for an exceptional four days of continuous pouring rain, we would have enjoyed our stay very much indeed. Nicolas and Jacques were very kind, sympathetic hosts. Their breakfast excellent and abundant. The lodgings were charming as was the patio.
It was such a pleasure to stay chez Nicolas. He and Jacques were super generous with their time and knowledge, and have created a wonderful haven in the busy medina.
Breakfast was delicious, they lent us their bikes, (great way to explore),lots of attention to detail and perfect company. The bed is a great size for two people, beautifully appointed bathroom and free reign of the roomy terrace and courtyard.
We would love to come back one day.
Nicolas & Jacques' riad is a real oasis in the heart of the bustling city and was the highlight of our holiday. Instantly felt like home.
A seriously stunning riad, and a perfect location for discovering all the sites, sounds and smells of Marrakech. seriously stunning riad. Jacques bike ride/tour of the local landmarks on the first day was invaluable and saved us getting lost on numerous occasions. Also showed us some of the key routes/sightseeing/recommendations on places to eat on a map whilst sipping on some AMAZING mint tea.
We couldn't have asked for better hosts, thanks guys! My girlfriend and I were visiting over both of our birthdays and Nicolas and Jacques went above and beyond to make the days super special. Although they both have busy schedules, they always made us a really tasty breakfast every morning. As it was February the evenings got quite chilly, however N&J left hot water bottles in our bed each evening which was great to come back to.
I highly recommend a stay at N&J's beautiful home to anyone looking to visit Marrakech. We feel like we made some great friends (including the dogs) and hope to return one day.
Thanks again guys
Thanks for the time in your wonderful Riad. It is a very beautiful place. The breakfast was fabulous and gave us a great start in very busy Marrakesh. Thanks Jacques for cycling around with us the first day despite being very busy. It was a great help for getting around. Cycling around the next days was a fabulous way to get to discouver the city. We definitely will come back. Thanks a lot.
A beautiful riad with two lovely hosts that made us feel super welcome (and made great subjects for some portraits!) We miss the two dogs already - a perfect trip :)
I only had one stay at Nicolas, but since I made two separate reservations I get to write two reviews - and I can only repeat myself: Stay here! If you want to stay in the authentic and real part of the medina in a beautiful house with great hosts, this is a great choice.
We, Jacques and myself live and work in Marrakech for 7 years now. We feel at home in this busteling city and have decided to buy a house four years ago... It is big enough to host people and help them find their way in the crazy medina.
I'm working as an architect and after work and in weekends I love cooking, singing, enjoying opera and go for a walk in the countryside or mountains.
