The house is a short drive from the village of Horsefly. there you will find a general store with liquor outlet, a well-equipped hardware store, post office, gas station and pub. The Horsefly River is a critical sockeye salmon watershed. there is a riparian park and trail in the village and DFO managed spawning channels for salmon-rearing.

The house itself is in Beaver Valley, surrounded by open forest, natural meadows and cattle ranches.

The house is located on three acres of rural property. The owners live on the property, but your rental house is quite private. Owners are happy to assist with you vacation itinerary, what's available in the areas, etc.
