Hi Alae - I was shocked to receive a 3 star review from you, and it saddens me that you did not express any of your concerns to me during the length of your ONE MONTH stay at my home. You told me that there was no soap in the bathroom when you arrive, but only told me about that after you departed. FYI - the soap was under the kitchen sink. You complained about your roommate vacuuming during the day but never expressed that concern to me. I didn't know you worked the night shift. If you had communicated DURING YOUR STAY I could have moved you to a different apartment or a different room in my own home if I knew you needed to sleep during the day. Honest communication DURING the stay would have been appreciated. I have received 5 star ratings 85 percent of the time because when people DO communicate their concerns, I take care of them. I'm sorry you didn't do that because I pride myself on my ratings and I am a SUPERHOST because I go out of my way to make my guests happy, but ONLY if I know what those concerns are. Next time you use Airbnb you should communicate your needs and concerns with your host, and give them an opportunity to please. Most hosts, like myself, want their guests to be happy, and will go out of their way to accommodate their requests.
