The space
We’ve done everything we can to make this space a relaxing hideaway to come home to after the bustle of the city. The place is a newly renovated flat with modern furnishings, original art, and luscious plants.
We know how important it is to get a good night’s sleep while traveling—so we’ve fitted the bed with everyone’s favorite Casper mattress and pillows along with a brand new frame from Rove Concepts for stylish feel while you lounge in bed.
The newly designed spa-like bathroom features heated floors and huge vessel sink for a waterfall effect. Beautiful lighting helps you feel your best you whether starting off or finishing your day. This is one of our favorite features of the entire house and it just might become yours as well.
The mid-century modern kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including filtered water, microwave, coffee maker and brand new Viking stove, to whip up your favorite meal. There is also a solid wood kitchen table to sit and enjoy a meal or get some work done.
The spacious living room features an OLED smart TV to watch movies, sports, Netflix, anything your heart desires. Stylish modern art adorn the walls with cheerful plants through the living space.

Also guests without 5 outstanding reviews will require to leave a $300security deposit.

Long term stays security deposit is $500 per every 30days. Also will have to sign a simple lease agreement.
We also have mandatory cleanings bi-weekly at $120 a week
We don’t have late check-out as we usually have guest checking in the same day and my cleaner starts right at 11am. If my cleaner has to wait and can’t get in at 11am. There will be a charge of $50 every 30mins. So please check out on time. Thank you
If any type of smoke cigarettes or weed is detected, there will be a $950 fine.
If you would like a couple of friends (2)to come over besides the ones registered of the time of booking please inform us. (no gatherings)
If rules are not followed you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund/ security deposit for the rest of your stay; so please follow the rules. Thank you for your consideration.
The cleaning fee for bringing a pet is $60
If you are bringing more then 1 pet. There will be an additional $50 pet fee for each additional pet you bring :)
