The space


Lexington Orange North is your private modern luxurious retreat in the middle of bustling and historic Hollywood.

It is a home fully renovated in the first quarter of 2013 and is located on a corner-lot property in the heart of Hollywood, just a few blocks from the Hollywood & Highland complex (Dolby Theatre, Chinese Theatre, Walk of Fame, Roosevelt Hotel, etc.)- considered the center-point for the entertainment capital of the world. In addition, the West Hollywood Gateway (Target, Starbucks, etc.) is only 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is mixed-use, consisting of homes built in the 1920s, newer apartments/condos, entertainment production/post-production studios and digital labs. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. 'The Lot', part of Warner Brothers Studios, is only 4 blocks away. Radio Recorders, a historic recording studio where Elvis Presley (and many others) recorded music, is one block away.

The home is re-imagined to be an architecturally modern and comfortable home consisting of 2 units, designed and furnished by a published Designer, for hip luxury living. It is one house, divided into two private units (north and south), with mirror-image floor plans. Either side is completely private, only sharing a private gated driveway. A tall hedge surrounds the house, providing additional secure privacy.

This is the NORTH UNIT in a 1,000 square feet of smartly divided spaces that consists of a master en-suite bedroom (there is a bathroom attached), a small lofted 'floating bedroom' above the main living space, a second bathroom on the ground floor, and a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and everything you may need to make your stay comfortable and convenient that opens to a dining area, office, and living room with vaulted ceilings and a 16-foot tall gas fireplace. This unit can accommodate up to 5 persons and has central heat and air. A third bed (inflatable air mattress with memory foam topper, twin or queen size, toddler bed, or infant bassinet) is available for a one-time setup fee of $50/bed. It also has a washer and dryer, internet/Wi-Fi, and LED flat screen televisions with satellite channels. A private garden with a trellis, outdoor dining and grill, sunning area surrounded by fruit trees and fragrant flowering vines makes this unit very special. There is a secured gated parking that comes with renting this unit.

A baby chair is also available to rent during your stay for a one-time fee of $50.

Additional cleaning may be requested during your stay for a $100 each time.

Babysitting may be available upon request ($20 per hour), the paid service included board games and gaming consoles with video games (Nintendo wii & XBOX 360 Kinect).

A Rental Agreement in PDF is sent after you book. It just describes the house in detail as well as maintenance schedule of the house (gardener, trash collection days, etc.). It also described in detail what may affect the refund of your security/damage deposit.

This property is also available for television/film/photo shoots. Please contact owner for specific rates.

Cory's place will not disappoint you , it is exactly how it is advertised. its very centrally located to shopping food and entertainment. Check in and out was flawless and Cory was super responsive to anything we needed! Great host!

Cory's place was so quaint and very centralized to everything! Hotel Roosevelt, Sunset Blvd was literally two blocks away, there's a Ralphs grocery store around the corner and every where we wanted to go was 20 mins away! Cory was a great communicator, very friendly and responsive! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Cory for being a gracious host!

This place was a big disappointment to say the least, as was our host. After a 5 hour car ride with 3 children, we get to the home to find upon entry dog droppings in the front courtyard and a giant dead bird underneath the table and the yard covered in debris to where it seems no one had cleaned or made the front presentable for our arrival. Then we enter the home to see it is much smaller than shown in the photos and wide angle lenses, I'm sure, assisted in this. After a bit of getting our items from the car inside, we then noticed the items that we paid extra for to accommodate our children's stay was no where to be found and when we let our Host Cory know, he said they forgot and that someone would be by soon to set things up. I then proceeded to tell him about the dog droppings and dead bird in the front to make him aware that we don't believe anyone had come to clean and since he let us know he would be out of town during our stay, thought it would be good to tell him. Apparently not because once he did he replied that it was "too much detail" and they he didn't need to know, which I thought was strange considering he is managing the establishment. Meanwhile my one year old daughter has been roaming around the house getting into things while we waited for the cleaning crew. When I picked her up we were horrified to see that the bottom of her feet were completely BLACK which means there was no way someone came to clean. When we took photo and sent them to Cory and asked if we could have access to a mop he The told us "Yeah, whatever you want, I'm just trying to close down my Sunday," as if somehow being in a car for 5 hours and coming to a filthy house in some way was an inconvenience to him. As we went around the home, we found that it was poorly kept and the appliances were DISGUSTING. The pots and pans still had food stuck on them from the previous guests, the coffee pot looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in months, the toaster was so rusted over that we opted not to use it for safety reasons and the grill out front was so gross that it to an hour to clean it before use. The extra blankets and linens were the worst quality I had ever seen which didn't reflect the place shown and the shower amenities were so old that the hair conditioner had actually separated and the shampoo was turning colors. Thank God we brought our own and other personal items to get through. The When the "cleaning crew" showed up, we were VERY surprised to see a very elderly couple who arrived to help clean and set up items in the...

Good host. Easy check in and out, good location but a bit dusty and alot of bugs near the door. Garden and entrance was really just untended but the bathrooms were really new and nice. Bed was ok, sofa and floor was a bit dusty, had a piece of chewing gum on the table when i got in. Overall a house with potential but a bit dusty and untended.

A very beautiful house to stay in Hollywood. Everything was clean and tidy. Cory was fantastic to communicate with. Highly recommend also for the private parking.
