Great (website hidden) had everything clean and ready. All of the access codes to Wi-Fi were at our disposal. We only did breakfast at the BNB, but the kitchen was more than adequate for morning coffee and cereal. When visiting our son in Pittsburgh, this will be our home.
It is a nice place, very tidy and clean. Joanna and her family are friendly. We really enjoy our stay at there.
Quiet neighborhood close to the strip district. Only a $8 uber ride from Joanna's. Room was great, comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Pittsburgh row house was a pleasant change from the boring hotel stays.
Joanna greeted us in person and was friendly and informative. The apartment was so much larger than we'd expected! It's in an ideal location, walking distance to everything you need. There was always plenty of street parking available too. I highly recommend going to The Church Brew Works!
First floor one bedroom of a wonderful house with maybe eleven foot ceilings, complete privacy as the hosts live upstairs with separate entrances, and privacy between the bedroom (queen bed) and living room (two futon beds) thanks to the French doors. The apartment is nicely uncluttered and furnished with taste and quality. The eat-in kitchen in the back has everything needed to cook. Our hosts were ready to be helpful but we managed to find our way around with a smartphone. And parking was easy. Would like to stay again.
This is our second time staying at Joanna's apartment which is at a convenient location, nicely furnished, very clean. We specially like the straight forward easy check-in and check-out.
Joanna was a great host and the apartment was great. She was very helpful in giving us advice, and was lovely when we met her. The apartment is huge and had absolutely everything we needed. The location was great too, just a short bus ride downtown, and in a nice neighbourhood.
About the Host, Joanna
I'm a stay at home mom who loves Lawrenceville (our neighborhood in Pittsburgh)! We are new to renting out our apartment, but have loved meeting new people as they visit our city. When I'm not changing diapers or exploring life with my preschooler, I enjoy reading and good food.
