This last floor provides an excellent base from which to explore Lisbon. Very centrally located in Santa Catarina, next to Chiado. It is close to everything but at the same time a quiet spot! The very complete renovation the apartment went through

The space

This Studio apartment on the 3rd and last floor of a residential building in the Chiado area has great views over Lisbon's rooftops. It is light filled from its 9 well positioned windows, all exterior walls. There is one double bed 1.6m wide by 2.0m, another double bed with 1.5m wide by 2.0m and another single bed on the convertible sofa. The dinning table comfortably seats 4. The very complete kitchenette has an electric cooker, a fridge with a small 4 stars freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing/drying machine and all the small appliances like Nespresso/orange squeezer etc. The white marble and hydraulic mosaic bathroom has a very nice mansard window that provides a great view over Santa Catarina Church. Two closets and a smaller cabinet help keep the apartment tidy with everything stored away from sight.
The small terrace with a table and chairs has an enticing view over Santa Catarina Church, Lisbon's rooftops, National Assembly and Basílica da Estrela.
The neighbourhood is a very quiet one, however in a 200/300 meters radius You will be in the middle of it all, during the day Chiado, at night, Rua da Bica and Bairro Alto. The number 28 tram passes just 40 meters from the apartment. The Chiado metro station is at around 600 meters. A Supermaket at about 300 meters and lots of restaurants and bares at very short distances.

This is a very efficient and well designed space. Every square inch has had thought put into its use. Bright and airy. Really like the small outdoor terrace for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. The No. 28 Tram is just around the corner. Parking is convenient within a block and is very reasonably priced. The bonus to the parking garage is on the roof! There is a fantastic terrace bar with great drinks and music. Perfect place for viewing the sunset! The only downside to the apartment are the very steep steps. Pack light!

This is a little gem in a great location in the Chiado area of the old city of Lisbon. The decor is very stylish and, although the space is small (particularly the bathroom and kitchen), it is well laid out and is very comfortable. There is a small balcony which faces Santa Catarina church and has a view of the city. The fact that it had an outdoor space is the primary reason we selected this place above others. We loved it. Each morning, afternoon, and evening, we would sit on the balcony and eat, drink coffee or wine, read, and plan our next excursion. YES--you will hear the bells. They are right there. But they don't ring all night--they stop by 9 or so and start again at 8 in the morning. We loved them! Sunday morning is a treat, with the bells beginning slowly with a song and then going into the full blown ringing. Awesome to watch. One amenity that was really helpful was that they offered a portable wifi that you could take with you and recharge when back in the apartment. That really came in handy. There is also a mini washer/dryer which is handy if you like to pack light. We had a little problem with the washer/dryer and had to call Lorenco. He came right over and took care of it for us. He and Pedro are very responsive. Each time I emailed with a question, or to update them on our arrival time, we had a response immediately. The other thing we loved about this apartment was all the windows. There are two sets of French doors and six more windows that can be opened. Although there is an a/c unit, we did not need it in September with all of the windows. But, if you are traveling in the heat of the summer, this apartment's a/c is a big plus. This apartment is on the upper floor of the apartment building. There is no elevator so you must climb up three flights of narrow steps. For those with limited physical abilities, this may not be the place for them. For everyone else, this is a lovely apartment, well located, with responsive hosts.

Beautiful apartment centrally located in Lisbon. The portable wifi was a huge plus. The only negative was that the bathroom is a little small to get ready in with 3 people. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Lisbon.

My family and I had a great stay at Pedro's place! Communication and check-in were fantastic, and we appreciated all the local recommendations provided at the apartment. The space was very clean and newly renovated. The balcony was fantastic - great views of some amazing sunsets. I will say that the space is smaller than it appears in photos. Although it sleeps four, my family of three felt a bit cramped. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This apartment is so well-located and perfect for two friends to stay in. The view from the balcony is incredible and having a speaker/portable wifi hotspot was so great. I would stay here over and over again.

This cozy loft was an amazing place for us to stay as we passed through Lisbon. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and exploring the city--no car needed! The host was great, very responsive, and nice upon check-in. The place came with a comprehensive list of lunch, dinner, and drink spots for us to try out and some local Portugal treats:-) This would be our go to spot upon returning to this fabulous city. Two of us had our own bed while the third slept on the couch which was really wide and could double as a twin. Loved it!

Portuguese design and history enthusiast that lived and studied abroad for a while. I really enjoy reading, travelling and history. Our apartments were designed in a way, that You feel You are in a XXI century apartment but at the same time, the history, materials and structure were maintained. I have a crush on designing and developing spaces, so creating these apartments from scratch was a really great challenge, experience and project. I am really sure You will enjoy them!
