Hull st. court apartment rules:
0. Absolutely NO smoking in the apartment or building. Anyhow if you need to, please do go out to Hull street and people watch while smoking. The North end has multiple cigar bars, too!
1. Most important, please, No Parties = be quiet, use "indoor voices" like they taught us in grade school! Also, keep the stereo at a reasonable level, etc. If YOU experience trouble with noise try to contact me immediately and I'll do what I can to stop it.
2. Please be kind to sheets and towels, leave wet ones in the tub, and generally pick up stuff when leaving.
3. Anything at all recyclable put in the blue wheeled bin on the way out of the building on Hull st court. Put trash in the blue trash can in the kitchen. If you are staying for more than a few days and have trash in excess of the wastebasket, tie it up in the bag and put it out in the Bin numbered "2" next to the Big Blue Recycling Bin.
4. The roof is off limits--you can peek out the top of the stairs if you want, but No Walking on the roof surface!
5. Leave a nice review, and I'll leave you one too. Remember, by giving me the opportunity to fix any things that may rub you the wrong way during your stay, we part happy and I'll remember you positively for that.
Great location. Easy access instructions and method. Clean and functional place that was perfect for my needs. If I was there longer I would have wanted perhaps more crockery and glasses in the kitchen which was a little under stocked.
I may well be back very soon for work and will hope this place is available.
Jose answered my texts very promptly and gave me all the information I needed.
The property was very good overall. The price was quite reasonable considering the location, the popular North End of Boston.
Jose runs the property in a very professional manner. He communicated regularly before my arrival and responded quickly when I had a question. Good wifi too.
His directions were spot on for locating the apartment, keys were where he said they would be, and they worked too. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen meant I didn't have to eat out for every meal.
Departure was easy by putting keys back in the lockbox, cleaning taken care of by Jose's people.
We loved staying next to the old north church. Boston has so much to offer and this is my favorite neighborhood to enjoy there. This place is right in the middle of it all.
We loved staying in the North End! The apartment was as advertised and Jose was responsive to our needs.
This apartment was absolutely perfect for our 3 day getaway to Boston! My boyfriend and I had the best time. The apartment couldn't be in a better location. It was extremely easy and convenient to walk to all the touristy attractions and awesome italian & seafood restaurants Boston has to offer. The apartment was neat and clean, and everything worked well. The apartment was exactly as described, and it was easy to find. Jose was a wonderful host and I would totally recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and affordable stay in Boston. Thanks, Jose!
Great communication from Jose at booking and then prior to arrival. The flat was perfect and was indeed "under the light of the Old North Church". We called Jose with a question when we arrived and he was great to answer phone and assist with our question. The North End was our favorite place in Boston...so quaint and so lovely. Jose's place just made the whole adventure better. 4 flights of steep, curved steps which is, I'm sure, typical for all locations on north end. Perfect landing spot for us. There was no coffee pot in kitchen which was initially a bummer...but it forced us into the streets early that morning and we discovered Modern Bakery...which has been around since the 30's and which had great coffee, the BEST pear tart and that lovely authentic Italian flare. Go and enjoy Under the Light of the Old North Church!!!
