  • The site of the appartment is great, the atmosphere very friendly. We appreciated especially the terrace with a beautiful view over the roofs of Venice. We were very grateful that there was a washing-machine and a generous closet for our clothes.

  • We've been waiting for staying in Venice and enjoying Seba apartment. This was just like a paradise, spacious, bright and with all what you need for perfect holidays! Terrace is a big big plus and the view from the top to canal is breathtaking! Next time when we will come to Venice, will book Seba apartments again, no doubt, every cent was worth it! Maybe next time air conditioning will be fixed :). Grazzie mille!

  • We had a really nice time here. Seba's friend was waiting for us at the vaporetto stop and showed us to the apartment. The apartment is in a really good location, about 5-10 minute walk to the Rialto bridge, and not even a minute away from a supermarket. The terrace was beautiful to sit on and look over all the rooftops, and it is right next to a canal. Only downside was the airconditioning was broken, so was very steamy in the summer when we stayed! Overall, was a really good place to stay.

  • This spacious apartment has a huge terrace with a great view over a canal and is peacefully tucked away right in the centre of Venice. Amazing!! The apartment itself is a bit rough around the edges, but has a great feel, has everything you need and we would definitely suggest staying here - it is the ideal place to stay and explore Venice.

  • Great little place perfectly located in the quieter part of town and minutes away from the more touristy area. Supermarket on your doorstop as well as some lovely restaurants.
Fab view from the terrace, would recommend for a stay in Venice.

  • The apartment was centrally located and there were good restaurant options close by. The neighborhood seemed to have a local feel to it as well since we saw many families in the area as well. The terrace really made this place a wonderful place to hang out at. We could look over the railing and watch the gondolas glide by, or the boats loading products to take to other places. Basically just getting a glimpse of Venetian life.

  • Amazing location! Walked everywhere from our flat with no problems:) enjoyed wine on the terrace every night we were there, what a beautiful view!! Definitely get the pizza at the restaurant Lidia recommends. So so great! Lidia met us at the vaporetto stop and walked us there, very friendly:)

  • Your place is just amazing. After struggling in the streets of Venice with tons of tourist, it's so good to get in that part of town less crowded. Thanks to Lidia for the first steps in Venice. Market just outside of the door. Appartement is just amazing. We ate every Day on the terasse. Vaporetto, trachetto or just walk. Even to the train station. Once you know your way around. This appartement is Heaven. We didn't sant to leave. It's much bigger then the pictures would show.

  • The apartment was very nice, with plenty of space for a couple. Lidia was very helpful and met us at the bus stop to take us to the apartment, pointing out good restaurants and supermarkets for us to use. Given the city is old, the plumbing was a little temperamental but we managed given we were only there for 2 nights.

  • We had a great stay in this apartment for 3 days! - Location is good - walking distance to multiple locations, and easy access to the vaporetto. Only negatives would be the shower - confusing/very little water pressure and the lack of a decent knife for cooking. Plenty of hot water though and the rest of the apartment more than makes up for these items. Seba was very good with correspondence via email and Lydia was very helpful in showing us to the place. Beautiful terrace and views.
