There are many local restaurants as well as a huge shopping center Pioltello just few steps away. "Piazza Duomo" is only 20 minutes away by bus.
It is located in a northern residential part of the city, close to old Fair of Milan, next to shopping centers, restaurants, ATMs and the University!
How to get there from the airport:
By shuttle bus to the central train station and furthermore by metro green line to "Cadorna" stop. From here bus number 57 approx. 20min to "Varesina" bus stop which is in front of the apartment.
In alternative just take the subway to Villa Pizzone subway station and walk to the apartment.

By bus number 57 it takes about 20 minutes from "Cadorna" stop in the city center to "Varesina" bus stop which is in front of the apartment.
Other Things to Note
EXTRA CHARGES IN CASH ON ARRIVAL:
Obligatory initial cleaning service (once): 40€ (includes bed linen and towels for all persons)
Check-ins after 8pm local time, during weekends and holidays: 35 euros fee to be paid on arrival.
Check-outs can be done at any time as self-check-out with no fee.
Communal respect, personal responsibility and adherence to house rules are expected of all individuals. Tenants are encouraged to practice a few key elements of harmonious household living: communication, consideration, positive demeanor discussion and resolution of situations before they become problems.
1.The apartments are allowed to be used only by the persons officially registered and declared.

4.Please report any hazards or property damage immediately.
5.Show consideration to other tenants of the building in regards to music or other noise. No loud music or noises after 9:00 PM or before 8:00 AM per city ordinance. Tenants who violate the peace and quiet of other tenants and roommates will not only be in violation of their lease agreement and asked to leave but also might face police prosecution.
6.Tenants shall maintain the premises in a clean sanitary condition at all times. Clean all dishes and pots and pans after every use. Do not leave them in the sink or on the counter.
7.Clean sink and tub after each use (especially clean strainer of hair). Ladies are not to flush sanitary products down the toilets as this can cause blockages
8.Please separate the waste for recycling in separate bags. European law states that waste must be recycled where possible. Check AMSA S.P.A. for further information.
9.Turn out all interior lights when not in use. Remember to turn bedroom lights and fans off when leaving for the day.
10.Remember to turn off all electrical and gas appliances when not in use. Damages derived from improper usage will be charged to you.
11.Keep gates and doors closed at all times. Tenants must never provide unknown persons with access to the common areas. It is important to pay attention when entering common doors and gateways to prevent unknown persons from entering. Unfamiliar persons must always be referred to the doorbells or to use their own key.
12.Under no circumstance shall upholstered furniture (i.e. couches) or any other indoor furniture be kept, used or left outside.
13.Nothing is to be left on the ground or hanging from windows or balconies.
14.Walkways/common areas must be kept free of obstacles or obstructions at all times.Personal items are not to be left in communal areas at any time.

16.You must close the inner doors of the elevator if you use it. Max number of persons to enter the elevator are written and must be adhered to. Leaving the inner doors open or improper usage will result in a fine to be paid by the tenant.
17.Tenants will be considered as moved out only when all keys are handed. If keys are not delivered tenant will have costs for said keys
My boyfriend and I stayed at Igor's place for 4 nights.
It is located on the north west of Milan. There is a bus right down the apartment that will take you to the center. There is also a subway station at 5-10min walk.
The apartment is small. Which was ok for 4 nights. I have to inform anyone who wants to stay there that Igor asked for 40€ in cash for cleaning. Which is really inappropriate to the size of the apartment. But moreover normally cleaning fees are counted in the price in airbnb so I really don't know why he wouldn't inform people of that before hand. Maybe we wouldn't have taken the apartment otherwise.
There is a washing machine but no products. So you have to buy them yourself, for 4 days it's a bit inconvenient.
The apartment is in a old building. The shower is really small.
There is a WI-FI that is portable unfortunately it had a problem and we couldn't use it the 3 first days. We had to find places with Wi-Fi in the city to plan the days. We sent a message to Igor but he never responded. And when we sent a message to say that we were going on the last day he responded in like 30 secondes...
I also think that the window is kind of broken because there was a plastic bag on a hole.
To resume it is an ok apartment for a couple of days or if you don't want to cook the meals and stuff at the apartment. The owner is not help full and is dishonest.
Igor hat uns nach kurzfristiger Buchung (einen Tag vor Reiseantritt) vor der Wohnung empfangen und uns in die nötigsten Dinge eingewiesen. Leider sieht die Wohnung in der Realität nicht so hübsch aus wie auf den Fotos, welche sehr stark mit Photoshop bearbeitet und geschönt wurden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr alt und das Badezimmer war leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Es fehlte am nötigsten, wie Seife, Lappen etc. Für einen Kurztrip eignet sich die Wohnung einigermaßen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich eine andere Wohnung bevorzugen.
Igor was very friendly and give us some very good advices.
The apartment is close to a bus stop going to the city center and it was very practical to visit the city.
But several things were not going right : the wifi wasn't working and a light was faulty.
When we arrived we had to pay 40 euros for the cleaning and I think the price is high for the cleanliness of the apartment.
But I to sum up the apartment is good to stay some days in Milan.
We wrote a text message about 30 min before arrival and the host arrived on time. Excellent! As said by the description, the apartment fits best for the simple life of students even though the price of cleaning (40 Euro) is high. We enjoyed the nearby bus stop to the center and the good connection to EXPO (Rho).
Совет всем,заранее списываться с хозяевами о всех нюансах встречи.Мы опоздали на час и начались неприятности,телефон указанный на сайте не отвечал,другие телефоны указанные в переписки с Игорем тоже молчали,после написания смс с угрозами вызвать полицию,Игорь появился и все закончилось благополучно.
В целом номер нормальный но неудобно добираться до центра,автобус(который очень заполнен людьми),а потом метро.Уборка обычно входит в стоимость номера при бронирование,здесь оплачивается на месте(внимательно читайте условия).

Minus: non c'è l'elasticità del rapporto diretto con il proprietario.
In particolare questo appartamento è un monolocale ben strutturato, ben riscaldato. Modesto.
Mi so trovato benissimo nell appartamento e comodo x arriva in centro milano.
Sia con bus che con passante.
I ragazzi stati gentili.
Il posto è tranquillo va bene anche per na coppia.
Cmq e Stat la mia prima esperienza e mi so trovato benissimo! !!
