The Space

The apartment is a unique newly build loft with high ceilings, lots and lots of light and two big balconies, one facing straight east and the other one straight west, so you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset looking over the city. Kitchen and living room are one big open room, while the master bedroom is bright and right next to the restroom. The bathroom is always nice and clean with heated floors and washing machine. Upstairs is another bedroom with a fantastic rooftop view. Master bedroom holds King size extra long bed and upstairs holds a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully euqipped with fridge, freezer, dish washer, toaster, blender, juicer, soaps etc.

The apartment is high up(5th floor)so very quiet and bright. There's no elevator.

The apartment is nicely suited for couples, friends or business travelers wanting to wake up to something unique and bright. I do have a small fence for the staircase for small kids if necessary.

The Area
This place is one of most trendy and cosy areas in the city right now with lots of bio(eco friendly) places like ice bars, veggie cafe's, vinyl shops, bars, all bio groceriy stores etc. Plus of course Riccos famous coffeshop just down on the corner and Nørrebrogade 50 meters away with tons of kiosks(convenient store), grocery stores, super markets and food places. The only street in Copenhagen that never sleeps.

  • we had a lovely stay at jacobs flat, it was very stylish and clean. Julie was supernice when we arrived and gave us a few tips for local cafes. The flat was perfectly located in a very cool area of copenhagen! All together, we had an amazing stay and i can definitely recommend it to you!

  • This is a great apartment. We used Airbnb for all our accommodations on this trip to Europe, and this was the largest, quietest & most well equipped place we stayed at. We are a family of four with two 'tweens (13 and 9 years old), and we had plenty of room. Julie & Jacob were super helpful with recommendations and support, and made check-in and check-out super easy & convenient. Parking in the area was easy & free (how often does that happen in a big European city!). Location was good but you will likely want to use public transportation or bikes to get to the city sites. Plenty of good restaurants, bars & food places very close nearby.

  • I had a great time in Jacob's apartment! Jacob was very helpful. Julie greeted us at the apartment and she was really friendly and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. Apartment was very clean, spacious and is otherwise as described. I would definitely recommend staying in Jacob's apartment.

  • We stayed at Jacob's apartment in Nørrebro for just over a week and had an excellent time. He was extremely easy to reserve and communicate with, flexible and accommodating to our different arrival and departure schedules and left us great recommendations of neighborhood spots.

The apartment is open, bright, well kept and comfortable. The 2 balconies---one overlooking a quiet courtyard, the other overlooking the neighborhood---were great to hang out on either alone or as a group. At first we were concerned about not having an elevator for the 5 flights, but we got used to it.

We also loved the neighborhood. You really are in the heart of Nørrebro whilst staying there with it's diverse mix of residents, restaurants, cafes, shopping. We felt like we got to experience Copenhagen as those who live there, which is what we really wanted. Amazing restaurants (Manfreds & Vin, Lyst, Relae, etc.) are just around the corner along with great coffee (Ricco's, Coffee Collective, GoodLife) and drinks (Mikkeller & Friends). Center city is easily accessible by bike or bus along Nørrebrogade, steps away from the apartment.

  • The apartment was very light and beautiful. (email hidden)ly neighborhood with plenty of shops and places to eat. All contact with Jacob and his friend Julie was friendly and quick. The two balconies are great, there was always one with sun. We loved our stay there.

  • We stay 2 days in this nice apartment!
Not too far from city center and very convenient neighborhood.
But to climb 6 floor stairs with big luggages it's not easy, and if the kitchen can be cleaner will be great.

  • Fantastic apartment! Well placed for getting round Copenhagen, the rooms are a good size and the place is very comfortable.

Only word of caution - be prepared for lots of stairs when staying here.

Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Copenhagen
