Marsha was so friendly and accommodating for us! She really went out of her way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house was indeed very comfy and we had a wonderful time at Neptune Beach. We had plenty of privacy but Marsha made herself available to us anytime if we had questions. The neighborhood is very quiet and tucked away from downtown. The bikes that Marsha provided for us were perfect! So key in getting around as we didn't have a car. All in all, a very relaxing and pleasant stay!
This was our very first AirBNB experience. So, naturally, we were apprehensive.
Then we met Marsha.
What a gracious host. We were arriving late, and she gave us great instructions on what to do. She left us breakfast and pre-prepared our coffee. We met later on day 2 of our stay.
She was, once again, very accommodating; extremely helpful in assisting us discover great restaurants and things to do. We couldn't thank her enough for opening her home to us.
And speaking of homes; what a refuge. Once on the property, you are immediately transported away from the hustle and bustle. It is landscaped to provide a sense of calm, and ease. There are so many ammenities, there aren't enough lines in a review to write them all. You will just have to see and experience it for yourself.
Marsha's home is lovely eclectic mix that feels warm and inviting from the moment you arrive. Throughout our stay Marsha was helpful, always gracious, but never intrusive. She recommended a free beach shuttle and a wonderful restaurant. We would stay here again!!
It was my first experience with Airbnb and I am glad I did it. The house is in a very safe and nice neighborhood not far from the beach. It took me only 30 min to walk or few min to drive. The bed is comfortable with soft sheets (better than mine at home) as well as towels in the bathroom. The room is coming with a big patio where you can relax with a glass of wine. Marsha is a very welcoming host. I've got a lot of suggestions and advises from her about JAX and surrounding areas. I felt as a VIP when she offered a sparkling wine for me after a long day. The atmosphere in her house is very relaxing and friendly. A big surprise was a free taxi around the beaches that Marsha suggested. You pay only tips. ONLY TIPS! $3-$5. BeachSide Buggies. I highly recommend to stay in the Marsha's beautiful house.
Marsha was very flexible with my changing schedule and was incredibly welcoming when I finally arrived. I only spent one night at the place but it was warm, and inviting as well as safe and serene. Borrowing the bike to ride to the beach for breakfast was the best!
I had a wonderful stay at The Comfy Neptune Beach house. Marsha is a superb host and my room was gorgeous and perfectly fitted out with snacks, toiletries, lovely bedding and towels. The location is very quiet and comfortable. Access to bikes makes the 2 miles to the town center, bars and beaches of Jax beach a short 5 min ride. A day trip down to St Augustine’s lovely antique houses and cobble stone streets is highly recommended. I can't recommend it enough!
