  • Marsha's place in Neptune Beach was perfect! The house was lovely - very clean, with a nice, wooded back yard, and a Florida room. Marsha herself went above and beyond as a host. Coffee was available in the mornings, the bottle of wine was a nice touch, and having lived in the area for some time, Marsha was able to provide suggestions on sights to see and restaurants to visit. I'd definitely book the Tree House again!

  • My son and I needed a place for one night and this was our first experience with airbnb. The reservation process was extremely easy and quick. Our host (Marsha) was a delight. She welcomed us and made every effort to ensure that we were pleaseed. Our experience far exceeded my expectations. The accomidations were comfortable, clean and relaxing. The hospitality was better than any place I have every stayed. Marsha was concierge, chef and host all in one. I highly recommend both Marsha and airbnb. You will be glad that you selectedthe Comfy Neptune Beach Tree House.

  • Marsha was a wonderful host. We recommend her highly when you are near the Jacksonville area! Her home is lovely and she is a caring person; we feel privileged to have gotten to know her during our stay. We hope to keep in touch and visit again.

Feel at home, and the space is quite comfortable and relaxing.
The home is setback in a lovely wooded lot, and is near lots of great good options. The greeting bottle of red wine was a perfect finishing touch for a very classy experience! Thanks Marsha!!

  • Marsha's place was perfect for what we wanted. The house is comfortable, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. Great "Florida Atmosphere". Location is also great only about 5 minutes drive from the beach in a quiet street.
Marsha is a great hostess and really succeeds in making you feel at home.
Highly recommended and hopefully we'll stay there again in the future.

  • This being my first time using AirBNB, I was slightly skeptical about going to a new town and staying at a strangers house. After the first 5 minutes, I will never go back to a hotel. The entire process of setting up the reservation, getting details of our stay, and acquiring additional accommodations was smooth and easy. Marsha was such a gracious host and provided more than anticipated. Snacks and juicy bottle of wine was provided and she even let me use her iron and ironing board. I wanted for nothing during the stay. Her house is stunning, clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The lower level where we stayed was perfect for two or three and my husband loved the secluded outdoor patio on the lower level. I highly recommend this tree house to anyone looking for someone who goes above and beyond to make your stay absolutely fantastic.

  • This is a very private and spacious ground floor semi-apartment in a quiet area near the intracoastal. The space includes a bedroom, sitting room which opens on to a private screen porch, bath and connecting hallway. It shares garage and front entrances with the rest of the house, but is essentially a self contained area. Everything is clean, comfortable and convenient. The screened porch is particularly nice because Marsha has lush landscaping in her private backyard. Marsha is very pleasant and welcoming.

  • Booking was easy. Marsha was very accommodating. Even though she would not be able to meet us, she arranged for a friend to let us in and show us around. Her home is clean and very comfortable!

  • We felt privileged to stay at Marsha's house. It was so!!!! good.
Although Marsha was away on business she had arranged for her neighbours Ed and Carol to look after us. They were such lovely people, so kind, so helpful. They really helped make our stay.
The house is in a really great neighbourhood, very quiet. The only noise that of the wildlife, (who can complain about that?). The house itself was a joy and if anything we felt guilty having it all to ourselves. Everything we needed was at hand with directions to local restaurants etc left for us.
We left all too soon with a feeling that we hadn't been here nearly long enough and would love to return next time we are in the area.
We had bikes we were told that we could use and we made good use of them, riding to the beach on nice quiet roads.
In all it was a great experience. We'd never been to the area before but it will definitely be on the list next time we're in this part of the world. 5 Stars.
