Brand new studio in a building with great amenities (swimming pool, gym, sauna), 24/7 security (doorman), laundry)

Great studio flat in a really good location. Always felt safe and it's just a short walk to the main square and streets of Palermo. Everything in the apartment worked and really well set out. We were in Buenos Aires for a week and it was so lovely to come back to a calm, peaceful apartment and sit on the balcony or by the pool.
Marcus was very helpful giving us tips on the area and very flexible with our check out time which was great.
Have already recommended this apartment to friends!
This apartment is amazing, it's spacious, gets a lot of sunlight - in my opinion, it's even better than the pictures let you see. There's the thing about the across-the-street neighbours, who sometimes throw loud parties on their sidewalk, as mentioned by another ex-tenant. It happened once to us and, after they got visited twice by the cops, their party basically ceased to be so noisy from then on. Marcos was also available to help all the time.
I had a fantastic experience with Marcos and the apartment! The studio is bright, airy, quiet and clean, and has everything you could need for a stay in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, quiet but very close to everything the city has to offer - nightlife, parks, restaurants, easy public transportation, etc. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe in the area regardless of the time of day/night. Marcos was extremely helpful and quickly responded to everything I needed, not something you will always find in Argentina! I would love to have the chance to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
The apartment was great. Modern, full of light, quiet, and very comfortable. I highly recommend it and would happily stay there again.
We had a fantastic 11 days here and Marcos was very helpful. The apt feels spacious and I loved having a walk in wardrobe! We also really enjoyed the pool area (think the filters were having some problems though). Lovely to have the leafy view down below. It is such a quiet spot, despite having the very handy subway stn next door! I'd definitely recommend it.
I stayed in this apartment for a month. I read on the review that cleaning was bad so I ask Marcos before I book to make sure the cleaning was well done. It wasn't cleaned, just tidy. I had to wash all my first day. The towels was so dirty, the floor, the sheets and everything in the kitchen and the bathroom.
Marcos was nice, but I'm not sure I will stay in this apartment again. The electricity was off two times, I had to call him and the owner. They slow the problem quickly. It was not the city electricity. You can't have both air-condition and a hair dryer or the television at same time.
The location is 30 minutes walking to Recoletta or 25 pesos with a taxi.
To Palermo you have to change two metro or take a taxi for 60pesos.
Fantastic location, nice apartment. Worth it for what you get in the end, especially if it's your first time in BA. Very recommendable!
We really enjoyed our stay in Hollywood Suites. We were a bit early in our check-in but Marcos greeted us with a smile and made sure the loft was properly cleaned before we came in. The apartment is clean and minimalistic just like the pictures are showing. It has a hotel style safe where we could store our valuables. We also met with the apartment owner who was super friendly and also helped us with finding the best exchange rate. The surrounding area is one of the nicest in Buenos Aires with lots of great restaurants and bars. Trees on the sides of all streets also add to the feeling of being in a good place. For eating, we would especially recommend the Quimeres Deli on the corner which had the best food and atmosphere in the area.
The only thing on the minus side would be the design of the shower (not the owner's fault) but you have to stand in the water stream when you turn it on so you will either get cold or hot water on your back unless you have really really long arms.
Otherwise I would really recommend this place to anyone!
We had a lovely stay at Buenos Aires in this apartment building as advertised by Marcos Malvido. Beforehand we had read very positive reviews but also one that said they ended up in a different apartment than they expected. We informed Marcos that we wouldn't mind if that would happen if the apartment was in the same building etc.
The apartment was actually better than the one that was advertised and it really became a "home away from home". The building felt very safe and the pool area was lovely and sunnier than we had expected. The apartment itself was quite spacious and very well equipped. Moreover, there is a super market around the corner where you could buy just about everything you can think of. We had breakfast on the balcony every day and we even decided to stay in for Christmas and cooked our own three-course dinner in the kitchen!
The location is excellent in a relatively quiet part of the Charcas street in Palermo. Many lovely restaurants and other amenities (subway, shops, museums, clubs) are within acceptable walking distance, although late at night we usually preferred taxi's (for European standards they're cheap anyway).
We never met Marcos f2f because it wasn't necessary but he was very helpful via e-mail (for example with making arrangements for transport to/from the airport) so I am sure that he would have been there if we needed him to be.
We absolutely loved the apartment and were actually sad to go home.
