ENHANCED HYGIENE STANDARDS:

LOCATION:
The villa is walking distance (50 metres) to Berawa beach and the famous Café Del Mar. It is also in the heart of Berawa – the place to be post COVID. It is a short walk away (270 metres) from Popular (Western supermarket) as well as in very close proximity to newly opened cafe and organic wholefoods store Nourish, restaurants, bars such as Behind The Green Door cocktail lounge and Glo Day Spa (highly recommended for a rejuvenating massage).
THE VILLA ITSELF:
The villa stands out thanks to its modern architecture with the huge, double-glazed windows giving the space an expansive feel. Entering the villa, you cannot help but notice the rain curtain water feature of the 10m lap pool, the artefact of a light fixture in the open-plan dining area and the perfectly lit Onyx wall by the barbecue/open air lounge next to the pool. Attention to detail goes to another level here when the best Finnish lighting architect was commissioned for the lighting of the house and Bonsai trees were imported directly from Badung.
THE POOL AREA:
The 10metre lap pool has a shallow kid friendly end and a rain curtain water feature and lies next to the barbecue/open air lounge area. The sun loungers in the grass area next to the pool are perfect for a morning suntan. Wait until night to see the rain curtain light up in different colours.
Sunset time calls for a cold Chardonnay while preparing some T bone steaks at the barbecue. Sit back and enjoy the view of the Onyx wall that perfectly lights up the space, while the kids can run around at the grass area nearby or swim at the pool.
The barbecue/open air lounge area is fully equipped with a large fridge to store drinks and food, a sink, a super deluxe stainless steel gas barbecue, a huge comfortable built-in corner sofa and ceiling fans by the glass roof. We should not forget to mention the JBL party box 1000 portable speaker! There are also 2 showers next to the pool.
THE OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA:
Dining area:
As you enter the villa, the 10seater dining area with its impressive light fixture next to the dry kitchen that screams perfection will have you at hello. It is also the perfect setting for special occasions. The villa chef is ready to assist and prepare a dinner that your guests will remember. The pool view straight from the huge double-glazed windows adds to the scenery.
Step-down living room:
The step-down living room next door with a glass window on the same level as the pool, which gives the sensation you are floating on water. One cannot help but marvel at the two perfectly lit portraits of monks from renowned photographer and artist Ben Kustow.
Dry & wet kitchens and laundry room:
The villa also features two fully equipped kitchens – one dry with a marble bench used for special occasions and one wet for everyday use. Both kitchens are fully equipped, while the wet kitchen also has a chilled wine cabinet (apart from the fridge/freezer). There is a laundry room next to the wet kitchen with both a washing machine and a dryer.
THE UPSTAIRS OPEN SPACE LOUNGE AREA:
As you walk up to the 3rd floor you are greeted by some immense windows with the best view followed by huge white corridors with paintings by renowned artist Neil Adams.
Reach the 3rd floor and you will find an open-air lounge area with a jaw dropping view. Stand up and you can see the ocean. Drinks are served from the bar next door and placed at the Onyx table that perfectly lights up the space.
We cannot help but mention the juice bar following the Onyx theme of the house with yet another impressive portrait by famous photographer Ben Kustow.
THE FANCY DETAILS THAT CANNOT BE LEFT OUT:
Yoga shala:
Next to the juice bar, lies an open space yoga Shala with a wooden floor that can fit up to 10 people (yoga mats available for free). Bonsai trees and a statue of Buddha call for endless yoga sessions. (Please refer to the extra services at extra cost section to find information on the different types of yoga offered at the villa).
Massage & steam room:
Release any stress from the day in the steam room, indulge in a rejuvenating massage on the massage bed and sit back in the AI massage chair while watching your favourite movie on yet another ultra-high-definition smart TV with Netflix.
The massage room upstairs features a steam room, an AI massage chair and a massage bed. For the AI massage chair, you do not need to press any buttons, just ask for what you want and the chair will obey your orders. The Spa also features a bathroom with a shower.
Entertainment room:
An entertainment room with a 70inch ultra-high-definition smart TV with Netflix for some much-needed movie marathons that can be found on the ground floor.
The entertainment room has a comfortable 5-seater corner sofa, mini bar with fridge to store beverages and drinks, a piano and a separate desk. You can also find board games and books for kids.
The best view at the 4th floor:
The 4th floor of the villa boasts the best view. This is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Sit back on the rattan swing chair or bean bag and elevate your Shisha experience by placing real fruits inside.
THE MASTER BEDROOM SUITE:
The master bedroom is the epitome of luxury: a super king size bed, a 65inch ultra-high-definition smart TV with Netflix, a home cinema with JBL portable wireless speakers and your very own bar where you can prepare your morning coffee and have a sip on your private balcony facing the pool and garden.
Take some sparkling wine and head over to the en-suite ultra luxury marble bathroom. Fill in the jacuzzi, put on your favourite Netflix movie (yes another smart TV here) and you are all set.
The en-suite bathroom also features a closed glass cabinet with 2 showers, powder area with a marble glam desk, 2 sinks and a separated toilet room.
We cannot help but mention the walk-in closet that is a room on its own. We are talking pure Hollywood style with a closet island, additional shelves, drawers for jewelry, watches and small items, sofa benches on both sides, dedicated shoe cabinets, elegant lighting and 2 full length mirrors by the sofa benches.
THE BEDROOM SUITES:
The villa has 5 bedrooms suites in total. Apart from the master bedroom suite, there are 2 other bedrooms in the 2nd floor and two guest bedroom suites next to the garden and pool area.
There are 4 super king size double beds in 4 bedroom suites and 1 bedroom suite with 2 semi double beds.
All bedroom suites feature ultra-high-definition smart Samsung TVs with Netflix, ACs, safety deposit boxes, walk-in closets, private lounge areas with sofa beds, ample desk spaces and of course en-suite luxury marble bathrooms with 2 sinks, a bathtub and closed shower cabinets.
Last but not least all 3 bedroom suites at the second floor have private balconies.
