The parking garage is located directly in the Elser Hotel & Residences Miami. The Valet garage is equipped for electric vehicles with limited charging stations. They are based on availability.
• Pet-Friendly: Up to 2 pets under 75 lbs ($125 non-refundable fee).
• Resort Fee: $66.67 per night (includes Wi-Fi, fitness classes, and amenities).
• Security Deposit: $200 per day incidental authorization hold is required upon check-in. This hold will be placed on a physical credit card, and any unused funds will be released within 7–10 business days after checkout. We do not accept Apple Pay, tap payments, or other digital forms of payment.
• Housekeeping: Provided every other day – with NO cleaning fees. Additional service available upon request.
• Pool is open from sunrise to sunset.
