About this listing
Stay at this newly refurbished apartment in an incredible location in Prenzlauer Berg.
It consists of a main room, a corridor, a bathroom and a small kitchen and is situated in the ground floor of a building from the end of the 19th century.
This is not a shared room, but an entire apartment just for you.
Bed linen, towels, hi-speed wireless internet connection, and all the food you can find in the kitchen is included. Although you can't really see them on the pictures, there is a washing machine in the toilet and a dish washer in the kitchen. And for those of you with long hair, yes, there is a hair dryer in the bathroom!
The Oderberger Str. is one of Prenzlauer Berg's most charming street, having dozens of restaurants and shops. An excellent Indian restaurant is located in the same building and in the next building there is a cafe called Hüftengold with incredible breakfasts, cakes and exotic juices. The Mauerpark (Wall Park), where Berlin's most famous flea market takes place every sunday, is literally just around the corner, as well as some remains of the Berlin Wall and the old border between East and West Berlin. In spite of all that, the studio is very quiet, as it is situated in the back yard.
The nearest tram stop is one minute walk away, the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes away.
The cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning before and after you arrive.
When making a reservation, please provide your arrival and departure time. Please ask if you would like to check-in before or check-out after the regular times. Very often it is not a problem at all.
From the 1st of January 2014 on, there is unfortunately a 5% city tax that has to be paid in cash on arrival.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
In the winter time, please heat in an environmentally friendly way, turning down the heater while you are away.
Please don't smoke inside the flat.
Please don't download music, movies or software that are copyright protected, specially using torrents. There are very strict laws in Germany and very high fines if you get caught (and many people have got caught lately).
