Beautiful room walking distance to the Baywood-Los Osos beach (1 mi), biking distance to Montaña de Oro State Park (3.5 mi), and just around the corner to Morro Bay Beach and Rock (7 mi)! There are beautiful views of the sunset from upstairs.
Los Osos is as small town with practically perfect weather year-round. We're a 10 minute drive into San Luis Obispo, 5 minute drive to Morro Bay, or a 30 minute drive to wine country in Paso Robles or Pismo Beach.
Room is located downstairs from the main part of the house with a shared bathroom. Walk in closet, Coffeemaker (local coffee provided), and plenty of parking available. Guests are welcome upstairs to the living room, dining room and kitchen. We have a gas stove for use as well as a refrigerator you are welcome to use.
House has a small and medium dog, please let us know if you're traveling with pets so we can introduce them outside.
We want to help you have a wonderful stay and are happy to recommend great restaurants and events! You're welcome to check out our guidebook of the area with some of our preferred or well-known stops :)
Please read the House Manual upon booking as it has WiFi password and instruction on how to get to the room.
Jessica and Nathan were wonderful hosts. There is a helpful packet in the room with suggestions for activities and dining. The bed, as the other reviews have stated, is SUPER comfortable and everyone in the house is extremely pet friendly. They and their room mate are very social but also respectful of your privacy. The great location is also a plus! I would absolutely recommend staying with Jessica and Nathan.
Jessica and Nathan's place was the prefect stop for us on our way up the California coast. They also let us know about the elephant seals along the way and that turned out to be a highlight of or trip. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the Morro Bay area.
I wish we could have hung out more with Jessica and Nathan! We shared a few glasses of wine the night we arrived and then didn't sync up again before we had to leave but they seem like really awesome people-- very open and down to earth. The room is cozy and has everything you need.
Such a welcoming couple!!! Loved our stay in there home- would return again and again!! Had such a wonderful night working on crazy puzzle!!
We just stayed there for one night. But the welcome was really warm and we had a good time. Next time we want to taste the self-brewed beer ;)
As repeat guests, it's apparent that Jessica and Nathan put a lot of thought into providing a welcoming experience. We were here back in July and again while making the trip down the 1 for Thanksgiving. Changes we noticed include a map on the wall that shows their travels and where their guests hail from as well as a new storage unit for the coffee maker, cups, and other miscellany. It was great to sleep on a comfortable bed after a night camping and find out what they've been up to.
I never got to meet Jess, but Nathan and his two roommates were awesome. They were very nice and the room has everything one needs for a happy stay.
We had a nice stay at Jessica and Nathan . The accommodation is everything you look for on an airbnb
Jessica and Nathan were very kind and helpfull with me. They shared their own computer for my next reservation airBnB and they gave me some good advice for my next visit on the highway 1. In addition the room and the house are beautifull and comfortable.
Our stay was short but sweet. Really friendly and helpful hosts and a great room. Clean, comfortable and stylish. We would definitely recommend to anyone, especially if you are driving the coast and need a stop over along the way.
