Our flat is located in the village of Porthtowan, a cove on the dramatic Atlantic coast of Cornwall. Porthtowan is in the World Heritage area between St.Agnes, Redruth and Portreath, as a resort there something for everybody; it has wide golden sands, spectacular sea & surf, rock pools, towering cliffs and a tidal swimming pool. There is also cliff walking, cycle trails and horse riding nearby. The Altantic waves make the beach a popular surfing destination and there is a surf school situated in the village. Porthtowan is a Blue Flag beach and is attended by RNLI lifeguards throughout the holiday months. Children play all day on the sand dunes overlooked by the flat and there is a river with little bridges and a playground close by. The flat is part of a complex of 20 flats built about thirty years ago, which also contains the renowned 'Blue Bar' bar/restaurant, an ice cream parlour, surf board & wet suit hire, beach shop, cafe and hair/beauty salon. The sunsets are stunning viewed from the terrace of the Blue Bar, or indeed from the balcony of No.12 Seaspray.
Family beach flat overlooking sand dune, beach and cliffs. Compact, but sleeps up to 4 adults or children and 1 baby travel cot. There is easy access from a level path into the ground floor consisting of hallway, twin-bedded room, family bathroom and open-plan living/dining area including fitted kitchen and glass doors to the sea-facing balcony. A steep, open stairway leads from the living room into an open-plan double bedroom. If required, a child safety bar for the single bed can be a made available
as well as an extra mattress for a 3rd child.

Guests are requested to clean & tidy the flat on departure, leaving it as they found it. If guests prefer, they can leave £50 in the flat on the day of departure to cover cleaning.
A maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 3 children can be accommodated in the flat. There is 1 double bed and 2 single beds. A small extra mattress is provided for
families of 2 adults and 3 children.
Bed linen is provided, guests bring their own towels.
No smoking in flat or balcony area. No pets.
Allocated parking space for one vehicle nearby in a small car park designated for the flats, this is found on Sandy Road, a permit is provided and must be displayed when using this car park (do not the large public car park unless you buy a ticket our permit does not cover parking in the main car park).
