I am looking for clean, respectful, mature, responsible adults. No smoking inside. I have central AC/HEAT, but please turn it off when you are not home. In trying to be more eco-conscious, the ideal guest will try to conserve waters by not using fresh towels every day, unless absolutely necessary. Please inform me of any additional guests who might be visiting you at the house. Thank you!
Ash has a very eclectic home that is most comfortable and expresses the Austin vibe. It's located on a quiet dead end street adjoining a beautiful park. We were able to easily walk to fun dining spots. Thank you, Ash, for sharing your home with us.
My two friends and I had a fantastic time staying at Ash's home! The pictures are identical to what we arrived to find and the size is perfect for three people. Lots of natural light with the skylights, even on a rainy day. We spent a lot of time lounging on the awesome deck watching birds and relaxing. Ash's home was so cozy that we even ended up spending an entire day inside reading and listening to the rain. Her street is tucked away and so quiet that it's easy to forget that there are other neighbors around. We loved the clean crisp bed linens and extra comfortable beds with plenty of pillows! Ash stayed in contact for the duration of our trip to make sure we had everything we needed and to give us great restaurant tips. There's great food within walking distance, as well as Whole Foods and Waterloo Records. We felt right at home, which is exactly what I want out of an airbnb home. Thank you so much, Ash!!
Great time. Awesome house with a great location. Can't wait to stay again!!
This was the ideal base for exploring Austin. There's a very comfortable and homey feel to this house, which is nestled in a quiet neighborhood about a 10-15 min drive or 30-40 minute walk from the Austin nightlife hotspots. Ashley was very helpful in making sure we got to the house okay and settled in. She also is a great source for some good recommendations of things to do and places to eat, drink, and be merry. Would stay here again.
We had a great time staying in A.C.'s home. Easy walk to downtown, restaurants and shopping. It's in a great neighborhood. The house is loaded with interesting artifacts and books. Very relaxing, clean and cozy beds. A.C. reached several times to check on us, offered recommendations etc. I would most certainly stay here again.
