The space
Located a mile from the Warm Springs base and lifts, be on the chairlift from the door in less than 10 minutes! With the river and hot springs in your backyard and the property boasting almost an acre of land within the Sawtooth National forest, enjoy the great outdoors to the max!

Guest access
Front yard, backyard and entire home are all permitted for use. Absolutely no fires of any sort during the summer months. Anything behind the sheds is not to be touched and/or used. Enjoy!

Other things to note
Full automatic heated front porch for clean and clear access during the winter; don't worry about ice or snow build up!

Outdoor shower is turned on by the 2 handles on the top, do not touch the hose job handles please. Hot and cold handles are labeled!
