Magnolia Charms is your home away from home located in Crystal Beach. Loaded with charm, the home features a wrap around porch, antique stained glass windows & balconies galore. All 3 bedrooms have king beds with their own private ensuite bathrooms (perfect for couples & families) and is just a quick walk to our world famous beaches! The backyard features a new 12x24 private heated pool with beautiful landscaping and is fully fenced.

Please note that the pool can heat up to 90 degrees and will not be hot tub temperatures (which are 100+ degrees).

As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Backyard - The backyard is fully fenced with outdoor chairs & loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table (seats 6) and a BBQ grill.

Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 3 vehicles.
Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.

Important Information:
NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs or luggage drop offs.

You get the entire house and the private pool! Parking for 3 vehicles.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
***We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay. This will protect your reservation payment in case of illness, unforeseen emergencies, undesirable or severe weather, job or other life changes, or financial hardship that may cause you to cancel your stay. Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking. We also do not allow reservation date changes or postponements. NO EXCEPTIONS.***
Other things to note
The Red Tape:
▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT - Renter must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours after booking. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
▪️PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to student groups.
***Reservations made under false pretenses will be deemed cancelled by Guest. Access to property will be terminated and, if stay has commenced, guest will be required to vacate the property immediately.
▪️NO SMOKING - If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.
▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN - We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️NO LATE CHECK-OUT - If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️NOISE ORDINANCE - We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM - 8AM.
▪️NO PARTIES - Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Permitted Occupancy is 10. Exceeding 10 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.
▪️PARKING - Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. The City of Destin will fine us $1000 for more than 3 vehicles and we will pass that fine on to you. PLEASE DO NOT BRING MORE THAN 3 VEHICLES.

▪️GOLF CART - (if applicable) is supplied by a third party vendor. A rental agreement will need to be signed and valid driver's license provided. (We will send you a link after booking with instructions).
▪️POOL - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
▪️SECURITY CAMERAS - Security cameras are actively recording the front and side entry of the home for compliance verification and the protection of the property. There are no cameras in the backyard/pool area or interior views.
▪️NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
▪️PETS We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 dogs (only if house trained and well behaved). Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to arrival and pets must be listed on the reservation. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. There is also a non-refundable pet fee.
