1.The apartments are allowed to be used only by the persons officially registered and declared.

4.Please report any hazards or property damage immediately.
5.Show consideration to other tenants of the building in regards to music or other noise. No loud music or noises after 9:00 PM or before 8:00 AM per city ordinance. Tenants who violate the peace and quiet of other tenants and roommates will not only be in violation of their lease agreement and asked to leave but also might face police prosecution.
6.Tenants shall maintain the premises in a clean sanitary condition at all times. Clean all dishes and pots and pans after every use. Do not leave them in the sink or on the counter.
7.Clean sink and tub after each use (especially clean strainer of hair). Ladies are not to flush sanitary products down the toilets as this can cause blockages
8.Please separate the waste for recycling in separate bags. European law states that waste must be recycled where possible. Check AMSA S.P.A. for further information.
9.Turn out all interior lights when not in use. Remember to turn bedroom lights and fans off when leaving for the day.
10.Remember to turn off all electrical and gas appliances when not in use. Damages derived from improper usage will be charged to you.
11.Keep gates and doors closed at all times. Tenants must never provide unknown persons with access to the common areas. It is important to pay attention when entering common doors and gateways to prevent unknown persons from entering. Unfamiliar persons must always be referred to the doorbells or to use their own key.
12.Under no circumstance shall upholstered furniture (i.e. couches) or any other indoor furniture be kept, used or left outside.
13.Nothing is to be left on the ground or hanging from windows or balconies.
14.Walkways/common areas must be kept free of obstacles or obstructions at all times.Personal items are not to be left in communal areas at any time.

16.You must close the inner doors of the elevator if you use it. Max number of persons to enter the elevator are written and must be adhered to. Leaving the inner doors open or improper usage will result in a fine to be paid by the tenant.
17.Tenants will be considered as moved out only when all keys are handed. If keys are not delivered tenant will have costs for said keys
Igor met my friend for check in and it went smoothly. He was easy to get in touch with ahead of time to make plans and agreeable to change in times. We stayed during Design Week and the prices were definitely higher than regular listings (which is normal, but not indicative of the kind of place you get for the price). The beds are not super comfortable for a long stay and it wasn't as clean as I would like (some stains on the couch and dishes were dusty and smudged). The area was great and the apartment was much bigger than I anticipated! The terrace looks over a lovely courtyard and was nice to get fresh air circulating though the space.

Tutto Perfetto. Siamo arrivati tardi ma senza problemi sono venuti ad accoglierci. Bellissima zona davvero a due passi dal centro.
Il referente ci ha gentilmente consegnato le chiavi direttamente presso l'(website hidden) essendo quasi le 23 quando siamo arrivati a Milano. La casa è in una posizione strategica, servita da metro e ben collegata anche a piedi con il centro città. L'immobile si presenta in ottimo stato e perfetto anche per 4 persone che sanno arrangiarsi con un bagno. Unico intoppo che invito a visionare prima di consegnare la casa, il funzionamento del wifi (apprezzabilissimo lo sforzo di risolvere il problema a distanza da parte di Igor, anche se senza nulla di fatto) e intervenire sull'autonomia dello scaldabagno che non regge più di due doccie consecutive con acqua calda.
Lembranças dos maravilhosos dias em Milão! Ap bem localizado, limpo e organizado. Os dias foram muito frios e tivemos pequenos problemas com a calefação na sala, comuniquei ao Igor que se prontificou em resolver! Recomendo a todos!
My mother, my sister and I rent this apartment as it was nearby the place we had to be and price OK. But we've been quite disappointed as the apartment was cold, just air heating not usually italian (email hidden)ally noisy early in the morning (first morning glass rubbish at 6am) awful..bed's ok, but some blankets dirty ! Nothing for a simple breakfast (some tea-coffee-sugar...) and towels just one each, also lights in the bathroom quite inexistent, no full mirror in the apartment...I think for this kind of place price should be lower. And agents (cause it's an agency) more involved in giving a service. Be careful seems there is a cleaning fee to pay cash when you enter in the apartment, hopefully I told them was unacceptable and they didn't charge me. Anyway position is good can go easily by foot in the center of Milan.
Our booking was changed to another property at the last minute due to a problem with the water supply, so we were not actually staying in this property. We were relocated to another property in Piazza de la Republica. There were no issues with making or changing the booking. Alex and Igor were very helpful.
My parents went to pick up the keys from the office. Although it was difficult for them to find, Alex was there waiting for them when they arrived. They had greater difficulty finding the actual apartment. We were given an address of "1A 1A Piazza de la Republica". The apartment building itself was difficult enough to find, but the actual flat number was 52 and we found it by walking around the building! Directions to the property could have been better.
We saw photos of the property prior to rearranging the booking and it actually looked quite nice. We were to have a sofa bed, double bed and 2 single beds. On arrival we felt the photos were misleading. What looked like a shiny new apartment looked old and tired. It also smelt a bit foisty and damp too. It just didn't feel very clean. The sofa bed and one of the single beds was broken and not very comfortable. We didn't feel that this was great for the price we paid. I spent a long time looking for accommodation for our trip and was a bit disappointed with the result. I feel like the photos for all of these properties may be misleading based on my experiences this time.
Overall the property was in a good location and we coped with it for a few days. Not the beautiful holiday location that I thought I had booked in the first place though.
