This home is very unique. It's in a Spanish courtyard. The house that it shares the property with is very old. This home is a recent addition to the property.
There is an aviary of lovebirds and budgies outside (attached to the main house). They're not very loud but you can hear them if you're sitting on the deck.
There are 3 little dogs on the property. They will not be loose in the yard but you may hear them at some point. They're very sweet and they don't bark a lot but just a heads up. They do not live in the home. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any more pets.

I grew up in San Luis Obispo, California. I love the Central Coast and everything it has to offer. I love the fresh produce from the Farmer's Markets, locally produced products, farm-to-table restaurants, and the little boutiques that make SLO so unique.
I love the outdoors and exploring the coast with my little dog Callie.
