Newly refurbished appartment in the centre of Rome, with two gorgeous, light and spacious rooms, complete with double beds, wardrobes and desks, and two private bathrooms with washbasin and shower, just a short walk from the most important sightseeings of the city and Termini Station where the trains from the Fiumicino Airport drops off, the location is extremely convenient for a quiet yet connected visit to Rome.
10 minutes on foot from the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, 5 minutes on foot from Termini and Repubblica metro stations (line A) and Castro Pretorio (line B). Bus stops providing easy access to the Colluseum and Piazza Venezia situated only 150m from the apartment.
You can reach the Vatican in only 15 minutes with the metro or by bus from Termini Station.
It is a short walk to a supermarket, a great pizza spot, restaurants, gelato spot, McDonald's, pubs and a metro stop that could easily take you to all the main attractions if you didn't feel like walking. Everyone likes to stay near the train station, but this is just the perfect distance away.
Appartamento con due camere e due bagni, io stavo nella matrimoniale. Nel complesso buona esperienza. La colazione viene portata in cucina e preparata da una ragazza, caffelatte-marmellata-burro-pane-succo all'arancia.
I will start off by saying the place was very, very nice. The apartment is beautiful and it was great to have our own bathroom. The price was also great. However... the location is terrible. Airbnb should consider filtering reviews by age group or reasons of traveling. My friend and I, both females in our 20's, did not feel safe staying here at all. It is about 10-15 minute walk from the train station IF you know where you're going (which, we didn't). It's relatively difficult to find. Leonardo wasn't able to meet us but his friend Ivan (not so great with English, just an FYI) did. Leonardo came when we left and was very kind so this is in no way to hurt him or his business. However if you are in your 20's looking for a great location and things to do at night, this is NOT your place. We walked a few blocks to a club called Alien & the bouncer basically told us "enter if you dare." There is no nightlife in this area & walking around these streets were very scary. Men would just sit on corners in broad daylight and say things to you... terrible neighborhood... little to do regardless of nightlife, too... little shops and restaurants. Just not the area for us!
Good location in a decent neighbourhood.
Clean spacious airy room with good airflow. A little noisy if youre a light sleeper but was perfect for me.
Posto comodo .. Stanze pulite e Leonardo e' davvero molto gentile.. Consigliatissimo..
We had a wonderful stay at Leonardos! Everything was very clean and well prepared for our stay. It was like a hotel! The view was great and the short walk to the metro made it a convenient location for getting around the city.
Location is great, right by the train station and easily accessible to main points of interest. Our room/private bathroom was spacious and very clean. Although we didn't get to personally meet Leonardo, his friend was very sweet and helped us get settled in. The price is really great also, totally affordable and worth it; it can be pretty hard to find a place at this value for this price. They even had a map on the desk ready for us to use which was very helpful since most stores were closed by the time we checked in. Location & price are def the best things about this place. Would stay here again and recommend for others. Thank you for a great stay in Rome!
Excellent! Super clean and VERY convenient location. Leo was also friendly and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend and return.
We loved the accommodation provided by Leonardo. The location was sensational, our bedroom was spacious and clean and our bathroom was modern and also clean. They even provided breakfast and made up our room each day, and our housekeeper was lovely, friendly and very helpful.. Having access to the kitchen made our stay perfect. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rome, you won't get better value for money than this!
The room was close to the Termini station, which was important for us as we had to leave early to the airport. Leo was a nice host and even helped us to find a room for the following night closeby.
the room itself was spacious, there was a kitchen and the bathroom was ok. the bed was unfortunately quite noisy which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
We stayed here for three nights. By walking, it took us about 10 minutes from Termini station with our Baggages. We could easily walk to main points. Because of the tour schedule we could not have breakfast but he asked the cook to leave some food so we had some juice and milk the last day. Room and the bathroom was cleaned every morning. Very good place to stay in Rome! Don't miss it.
