Beautiful open space loft located in the most exclusive street of Rome, Via Margutta. The space includes a double bed and a single bed on a mezzanine, living and dinning areas. The kitchen and bathroom are separate. This apartment is located in a beautiful building and has nice views of some typical Roman streets from it's 4th floor. Walk to Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Fontana di Trevi and Via Condotti from this wonderful space.
I stayed at Adriana place for a week during my last business trip in Ny.
The flat is very comfortable, close to 86 street subway station where you can jump on the express train any in few minutes you can reach midtown and downtown that for me was very helpful for my meetings . The flat is very silence due to the fact is facing in a court yard . Very sunny and comfortable . Kitchen is full furnished ( is not missing anything) you can find moka espresso machine or American coffee one ... So I really felt (website hidden) is a bit hold and noisy but this is comprehensible. Due to the fact the studio is located to the last floor you don't have any noise coming from neighbors . Bed was very comfortable. By the way I suggest you may bring with you sleeping mask and may be earplugs for Ac noise but this is very personal ( I'm sensitive to the noise).
Adriana was a very nice host and let me stay until 5 pm on the day of my departure . She was always reachable and especially the day my arrival she was very sensitive to my informations.
Please note I was traveling alone. I definitively will came back for my next trip.
Our stay here at Adriana's studio was amazing. I don't think there is a more perfect location in all of New York City. The studio is a little in the older side and the stairs are a little steep but that did not effect our stay. My favorite part of it was being located on Lexington ave with the 4,5,6 subway only 4 blocks away. There is a post office two blocks away and almost all of the restaurants in the area are to die for. Also it's far enough away from down town so your out of all the noise and craziness but at the same time your only 5 minutes away if you take the subway or a taxi which only ran us about $13 ok average. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who can walk walk the 4 flights of stairs. It's so worth it for the prime spot. You will have a delightful time organizing your stay with Adriana she is so nice.
Lovely studio apartment. Spacious and well-furnished; the photos online are accurate and the king bed was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and inviting and served our needs perfectly while visiting our daughter who lives only three buildings away. The west-facing balcony is furnished with a huge comfy chair and lots of greenery – ornamental and herbs to use if one cooks. Thank you Adriana; your apartment held no surprises and it was wonderful to book with someone who responded so quickly to our queries. We will certainly consider staying again.
Great experience. Adriana, and her mother, have been very helpful hosts, checking in and out was super easy.
Everything in the apartment was as described. Although the building is old, it is very quiet and the apartment is beautiful and comfortable, and equipped with all you may need (air conditioned, TV, high speed wifi, linen, small but fully equipped kitchen, many books to browse or read,...).
The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to a number of major attractions (Central Park, the Metropolitan and many other museums), and also to many restaurants and cafes.
A great choice for your stay in NYC.
Absolutely amazingly cute apartment on the perfect location. We had only 1,5 days in NY and wanted to see a lot. Its very easy to do that from Adriana's apartment. Guggenheim, Whitney and Central Park are just 10 minute walk away and Subway lines are close by. Plenty of nice restaurants en bars in the areas (Sfoglia on the corner has nice Italian food). Unfortunately we didnt meet Adriana or anyone else but had to pick up the keys at the nailsalon on the corner which was bit stressfull due to are flightdelay we couldnt be there before 20.00. Adriana said there was no other option for us to get the keys so we really hurried and had a stressfull arrival in NYC. We made it just minutes before the salon closed.
Adriana was lovely, accommodating and welcoming though we did not meet her in person - everything was as described - brilliant location quite and comfortable
Todo aquel que mire este apartamento no dudé un segundo está buenísimo !!!
What you see is what you get and then some! Adriana's apartment felt like home with everything you could possibly need (Full kitchen, outdoor space, work area and that amazing bed…) The apartment gets really good light and oh my…those sunsets are unbelievable. Free bottled water and spices, nuts and dried legumes and pastas + the fresh herbs from the pot outside made my life super easy; there is also salt, pepper, olive oil, etc etc. Trader Joe's was only a 5 minute ride and Bristol Farms only 2 min. I biked to the beach and took me 10 minutes and that bike path is fantastic; I rode it all the way to Venice and it was such a joy! Adriana was super easy to communicate with both via text and email; she also gave me great tips for what to do in the area. The apartment felt brand-new and was very clean! The washer and dryer in the unit made my day as I had just come from a trip in New York and had a bunch of dirty laundry. I highly recommend this place; amazing value for your money!
We had the most wonderful time in NYC whilst staying in Adriana's delightful apartment. We immediately felt at home, it was clean, bright and a pleasure to come back to after a long day exploring the city. It is perfectly located being 3 blocks from Central Park and 4 blocks away from the subway. The bed was super comfortable and having wi if and cable TV was a plus. We will certainly stay again next time we are in NYC.
Best value for money: excellent place and nice apartment. I loved glass ceiling in the bath!
