This is a hard review to write. Shawn and Gina were very courteous and easy to communicate with. However the location we stayed at was with out power for 80% of our 4 day trip. Due to the rental company not owning the property and unable to fix the problem it made for a very fr…

Apartment was in a very convenient location close to the beach, Las Olas night life and other amenities. Size was just right for a couple but could be doable with three people. Bathroom was a little small and the only mirror was located in there so a bit hard to get ready in if …

We had a great time, very close to Publix and the beach, the two things we were really looking for. We appreciated the fast communication and accommodating us checking in early. We had a great, comfortable stay. Very happy with the experience, would stay here again.

Ali - I am surprised by your feedback. I received your reservation and went above and beyond to make sure you could check in early. I let you know the apartment was ready for early check in several hours before normal check in time. You responded "you got it". That was the only message we received from you during your entire stay. Which is unusual from a guest. I checked in later on to make sure you were happy with your accommodations and didn't receive a response to that message. Anytime a guest is unhappy I always urge them to reach out at check in. There is always a solution, but only if I know. I think not contacting the host and leaving a bad review is unwarranted, especially if you didn't give the host an opportunity to fix any issues you had. I cant fix something I do not know about. Moving forward I would highly advise you to have better communication with your host.

We stayed here on Spring Break and it was great for what we needed. It’s about an 8 minute drive to the beach and Las Olas so getting around was quick and inexpensive. The space was larger than we expected and was good for 3 people! The cleaning crew was accommodating and let us …

Hi Keri - Thank you for staying. I really appreciate your feedback. It helps me improve the stay of future guests. I am surprised by your comments regarding communication. We have several ways for guests to communicate. 1. Through the Airbnb message thread (the best). 2. My personal cell phone, which is listed on the reservation and is available for phone calls and texts 24/7. 3. My 800#, which is also listed on the reservation, (Hidden by Airbnb) , and email. We have a great track record regarding communication and typically respond in minutes. I'm not sure where the breakdown was, as I show every message was responded to in a timely manner in the Airbnb message system. I also live in apartment 1 which is attached to apartment 5, so its typically super easy to get a hold of me. Again, thanks for your feedback. I really appreciate it. If you are in the area again, please reach out so we offer you a discount for another stay, as we would love to make it up to you :) I always encourage guests to reach out regarding any issues so we can take care of them ASAP, that way guests can enjoy the entirety of their stay. Thanks again Keri.

Beautiful area of town, and felt safe. Fairly quiet and overall nice place. Main concern was filth level when we showed up around the bathroom and kitchen. Didn’t ruin the week, kitchen was probably a past guest and shower is just overdue deep clean. But if you’re looking to save…

This was a very nice, clean and pretty one bedroom apartment in a very great location in Fort Lauderdale. What guests should know is that it is not amenable to a small handicap, like mine which requires the use of a walker at times. The front is made of rocks. You cannot roll y…
