This studio apartment is colorful and equipped with comforts, finely refurbished, in the historic center of Rome, in the enchanting Via Giulia. This is our small house, a studio apartment which can host a couple or a couple of friends/brothers/sisters/uncles/grandparents/nephews/professional/tourist...children and newborns (in a handy baby camping bed).
Versatile for easily having a comfortable double bed or two single beds.

A foldaway kitchen (equipped with cooker in glass-ceramic, oven, fridge and dishwasher), a bedroom hidden behind cardboard bellows (to separate the sleeping area from the living area), a bathroom with a window which is not a window (where you can wash and dry your clothes), a rotating bed, bookcases hanging from the ceiling, and paintings which in reality are coat racks (or coat racks which in reality are paintings?)...

Finally, that magic other room appearing and disappearing based on weather and moods. An equipped, relaxing and intimate outdoor space, where you can have breakfast, read a book while sweetly resting on the hammock, ready to get the bike and go for a ride to discover the city!

We love our small house, because it has been lived for many years and is therefore rich in memories: even if its look is totally renovated, "its taste" is still the same...that's why we call for respect and care.

As all the houses of the center, we are "very close" to all our neighbors, and for this reason you should keep in mind some things: care for the other people, discretion, decency, respect, wish to live in harmony and peace with everyone.

We try - at least it is our intention - to protect the environment with our lifestyle: we would like to have guests with the same sensitivity ...enthusiast of recycling, re-use, enemies of waste.

With regard to outer space:
It has been decorated with resistant and essential plants (examples of strong characters!) but they still enjoy some water...you are welcome to water the plants.
Smoking is allowed in this courtyard.
We do not recommend the presence of animals (true experience) because, despite the space, the apartment is still a small environment to share.

Neighborhood highlights

It is foot-friendly...bike-friendly...-dear me!- car-friendly..and stroller-friendly! You will find all that you need around the house... the streets (not always with sidewalks) are very nice, and also the people animating them.
Simply walking, you are surprised by the beauty of Rome, the charm of the blue sky acting as a backdrop to historic buildings and spectacular views, the sound of the horse hoofs on "sanpietrini", the flow of the Tiber which also marks the cycle of seasons and people...so various.
A district which is mine and belongs to everybody, in a street considered by many as the most beautiful of Rome: as a beautiful woman, when you learn to know and love her vices and you will never forget them over the years (500!) .
What to try? A million of (URL HIDDEN) if you had to select one?
The coffee of the little bar of Ms Emma at the beginning of Via Giulia...just sitting down for an entire day, you can see who lives and loves this city.
