The hotel is tucked away in an alley beside St. Joseph's Cathedral, good landmark to help locate the place. Rooms were clean, however the door of the shared bathroom on the top floor was faulty and unable to close fully. No problem, as we had the whole floor to ourselves. Good WiFi, air conditioning, even had a balcony.
Conveniently situated and easy to navigate around on foot.
Good experience, would stay again
Great location! Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Helped with transportation needs at a great rate. I would definitely stay again.
The place is down a little alley right by St. Peter's, which is a great landmark for finding it s you come and go! I was greeted with a bottle of cold water and some dragonfruit, which was amazing in the sweltering weather. Shared bathroom isn't my favorite, but it wasn't really an issue, and the bed was way softer than ones in comparably-priced places in Hanoi. For such an affordable listing, a clean, air-conditioned room is really all you can ask for, and it was delivered. Airport pick-up and drop off was very reliable, but a tad more expensive than at some other places.
Very nice location, at the heart of Old Quarter, just right next to St. Joseph's Cathedral, which made it easier to navigate around. Heaps of food places, tour operators, massage places, souvenir shops, etc. Almost everything there is to see in the Old Quarter is within walking distance. The staff are all very friendly and hospitable, answered very quickly on all my queries before and even after I have arrived. Room is spacious enough and clean. The only thing I didn't quite like was that the bathroom's door was so difficult to open and the shower's water is not strong enough.
The place was conveniently located in old quarter Hanoi. They were very good with setting up pick up service from airport and setting up halong bay tour. Dinh and Anh Son were very friendly and helped us alot with our questions. There is good WiFi. The place itself was ok. Now this place is more on the older side so don't expect super clean and top of the line amenities. I would categorize this place more of a hostel since you share a bathroom with another room on the floor. Overall good experience.
We stayed here 3x times due to lay-overs in Hanoi-each time different rooms. Some have private bathrooms, some don't. THis is a nice little hotel with a good, central (email hidden)e owner speaks good english and is very helpful.
Overall it was a great experience, location is nice, we stayed a second night after we went to Ha long bay, was overall really good, air con rooms, etc nice spot.
