The apartment was clean and tidy and was in a great location with a lovely shopping village right on the doorstep.
Frank and Vince really saved the day for us recently when we had another booking fall through at the last minute.
They got back to me lightning fast and had the apartment ready for us within 1.5 hours of my initial email inquiry being sent out. Amazing!
The apartment was perfect: clean, well set up, air-conditioned (presumably also heats well in winter) and above all else, in good proximity to everything you could ever need. I highly recommend this apartment and these hosts.

Immaculate presentation and nicely decorated. A little on the small side and limited on natural light but the location makes up for that as its perfectly situated in the main street of Elwood. 5 mins walk to the beach and 20 mins walk to St Kilda. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and France and Vince were great to deal with. Perfect for a couple who want to get out and about and make the most of Melbourne. Lynne and Graham Sim
Very nice unit close to the tram stop so very easy access to both downtown Melbourne and St. Kilda. I was particularly impressed with how well the unit was decorated and we could feel right at home.
This townhouse is fabulously located and was very comfortable for our family of five. We would readily stay here again - a stone's throw to the train and tram, a myriad of great restaurants and cafes on the doorstep and shopping galore. Frank & Vince are excellent hosts - they always promptly answered my endless questions and went the extra mile. Thank you.

We stayed for 3 nights at the townhouse and it was a great place in a great location. It was completely faithful to the advertised description and pictures.
It was first time for my family using airbnb for holiday and we have no regret experience during our stay at frank n vince apartemen, location near park, tram n supermarket, all brand new facilities and amenities are exactly same with the picts, Vince was very responsive to all our needs and questions, we definitely enjoy there, and wish someday come and stay there.

The apartment is well located in the area of Richmond, a quick and easy tram ride into the centre of Melbourne. The area has a nice residential feel about it with amenities within walking distance. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and well equipped, great for 2 people. Really enjoyed our stay here.
The apartment was nice and well located. We also received help with sending back to us of some items we had left behind.
Great location to explore the city, nearby markets and parks.
We were able to check in a little earlier which really helped with the heavy luggage.
The apartment was very clean with amazing views of the city.
The night time swim was a real treat with the skyline to admire and the gym was convenient for city living.
Breakfast on the balcony was an additional treat!!
