Start the day with a cup of coffee—or morning mimosa—enveloped in comfy patio furniture before plunging into the pool in the afternoon, sipping bevvies from the bar cart atop fun inflatables. Lawn games are just a popped-cork away, and indoor shuffleboard fulfills competitive spirits! When the sun starts to set, get glammed up in a light-up beauty bar before you click amazing pics with neon signs, delightful décor, and delicious backdrops that need no filter.
This perfect gal getaway is in a prime Scottsdale location, easily accessible from the airport, and only an 8-minute drive to all the action in Old Town. When you return home from dinner and drinks rest assured you’ll rest soundly in the most comfortable beds possible (5 Purple brand Mattresses!) with plush pillows and the finest of linens.

CHECK-IN & LUGGAGE
Check-in is at 4:00 PM: Because our cleaning and maintenance teams need the full window to prepare the home perfectly for you, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or luggage drop-offs.
Tip: If you have a very early flight, consider booking the night prior. You can also reach out to us for recommendations on local luggage storage services!
PARKING & GUEST COUNT
Occupancy: Only the number of guests on your booking are permitted on the property.
Parking: Maximum of 4 cars allowed. Please do not park in front of neighboring homes.
AMENITIES & DECOR
Towels & Pool Floats: Yes, we provide both! We have bath towels, pool towels, a selection of floats, and an air pump for any special floats you bring.
Pool Heating: Available for an added fee (highly recommended November–April). Please inquire!
Bachelorette Decor: We have cowgirl hats and other fun bachelorette items you are welcome to use! If you bring your own decor, please use free-standing items or wall-safe tape only.
SUMMER BOOKINGS & CLIMATE
Air Conditioning: Arizona’s summer heat is a big part of the desert experience! Please note that during peak afternoon heat, AC systems can typically only cool the house to about 30 degrees below the outside temperature. We provide ceiling and tower fans to help keep the air moving and comfortable.
Thermostat: Indoor temperatures are easily controlled via our Nest Thermostat.
HOME MAINTENANCE
Pool & Landscaping: The pool is serviced weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. Servicers will enter through the east side gate and will not disturb you inside the home.
SECURITY & NEIGHBORHOOD PEACE
Cameras: For your security, we have exterior Ring cameras monitoring the front of the house and overlooking the back fence.
Noise Monitor: We use a privacy-safe outdoor noise monitor. It does not record audio, but it alerts us to high decibel levels so we can proactively text you to turn it down. This helps you avoid neighbor complaints and strict city fines!
STRICT PROPERTY RULES
No Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.
100% Non-Smoking: Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, hookahs, etc.) is permitted indoors or outdoors.
Note: Any violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
