Lovely 2300 sq foot (213.7 sq meters) home in historic Old West Austin/Clarksville near the downtown Austin area. 4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths can comfortably accommodate 10 people with 3 King sized beds and 4 twins. 300 sq foot screened-in porch with couches and dining. Home has wood floors, plush rugs, down couches, soft sheets and a comfortable feel. Large open kitchen, dining & living space. A great place for a group of friends or family to convene.
One of the best locations in Austin on a friendly street in a coveted neighborhood due to its eclectic nature and walkability. Just 4 blocks to local restaurants (all excellent), local grocery, pharmacy, and liquor store. 10 blocks to the remarkable Whole Foods Headquarters store, and 1.5 miles from the center of downtown and a 10-15 minute walk (less than 1 mile) to the more grown up West 6th street bars. You can walk or bike most places or take a short taxi ride (5-10 min into downtown). Austin now even has B-Cycle for those that want to tootle around on a bike.

Guests have full access to the entire house with a well equipped kitchen, clean sheets and towels (of course!), and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryers.
The Clarksville area is a vibrant neighborhood which is a combination of historic homes, funky bungalos and small apartments which makes for an eclectic mix of individuals. Great restaurants, a coffee shop, grocery, an old fashioned drug store and even a dry cleaners are within blocks. Exceedingly walkable and very safe.
Uber is easily accessible within the area, and taxis can be called to arrive quickly as well.
No smoking inside the house! $500 will be taken from deposit for smoking.
Please keep noise on the outside porch down after 10:00 pm so as not to disturb the neighbors.
Well behaved pets are welcome. We have a fenced yard (and dog door).
