Welcome to our charming, completely renovated 3 bedroom house nestled in the serene countryside of Southwest Iowa. This is the perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful getaway. The house sits between an orchard and working farm. There are free range, friendly animals to watch and enjoy. Whether your looking to unwind, explore the great outdoors, or experience the local culture, this cozy abode is the ideal home base for your Iowa/Nebraska adventures.

The space
The house has 3 bedrooms. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a hide-a-bed located in the living room. The open kitchen includes many essentials that will help make your stay easier. The 2 full bathrooms also include essentials you may need or forgot. We have 2 camper hook ups on the property. There is a ton of outdoor space to explore and enjoy. This is a great place for family gatherings.

Guest access
You are welcome to enjoy the entire property. Just be aware and kind to the animals. If you would like to have a closer look at the animals please let us know. We would be happy to show them to you. We are located minutes away. There is full service hunting options available upon request.

We are located 23 minutes from Omaha, 19 minutes to Council Bluffs, 25 minutes from Eppley Airport and 7 minutes from Glenwood, Ia. We are minutes away from local wineries and brewery. We are just a few minutes away from wedding venues. Glenwood has some great boutique type shops to visit.
