Welcome to our 45 sqm designer apartment right on the Champs Elysées!
This apartment has been renovated and restyled at the start of 2012 and is as gorgeous as it looks!
If you want to stay on the Champs Elysees this is the place for you!
There is an elevator leading up to the fourth floor, so there is absolutely no issue with heavy luggage you may bring with you.
The layout is the following: A large living/dining/sitting space including a double bed and a sofa bed. This gives the total capacity of 4, although the flat is really ideal for 2 people.
Next to that you will find a small fully equipped kitchenette and a separate large bathroom.
Of course there is heating, Internet and sheets and towels are also provided for you to be able to have the most relaxing stay as possible.
The flat is very quiet as the large sitting room window does not overlook busy Champs Elysées but the roof of the commercial gallery (starbucks etc).
Cleaning is acted by a professional cleaning lady.
If you take the elevator back down, you will find shoe shops, cafés, restaurants, Levis etc right at your door step. The Claridge hotel shares the same entrance.
Access by car is very easy as the ring road is less than 1km away (Porte Dauphine or Porte Maillot). You are also ideally located to the CDG and Orly airports. (Air France direct bus service)

I've been absolutely disappointed with an apartment: it's placed in quite old and dirty building, under the Paris Passage. So don't be surprised to have 24hours of promenade and sometimes even very active disco during the night under you windows. Building is used just for offices and A lot of them under construction during the day time. As for apartment, it's very small apprx. 20sq.m. and not so clean as mentioned. It had strong smell of smoking and moreover carpet had an odor of urine. Didn't stay myself more then one day and would never recommend to others.
This apartment has been rented across various booking platforms recently and the reviews have been very positive every time. If you search you will find them. As a result, as a host, I am very surprised that on this occasion the flat didn’t suit the guest.
Oksana from Ukraine threatened to leave a purposefully bad review on Airbnb if I didn’t offer her full reimbursement after she abruptly decided to leave.
Oksana also admitted that she had never stayed in apartments before and that she always chose hotels on her previous stays in Paris.
I believe I have done my best, like for every rental, before and after the arrival to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction given human and practical constraints.
Still, below, I will address each item mentioned by Oksana the day we met or in this review:
1. One carpet smells badly > I offered to take it away
2. There was noise at night > I inquired with the 24 hour building security service and was told no incidents or calls about noise had been logged that night. I offered the number to Oksana for her to call if there was noise during the second night.
3. Smell of smoke. I didn’t smell it and it was never brought up previously.
4. Dirty, old building > It's typically Parisian and was built 100 years ago...
5. Building used for office space > The building holds a mix of apartments and offices.
6. Size of the apartment. > The size is 40 square meters and not 20.
7. Cleanliness of flat > I personally supervised the cleaning, still I
would have offered an extra cleaning if this point had been raised earlier.
