Highly recommended place to stay. We spent 7 nights and loved it! The location is literally 5 minutes walk to the town centre (although it is a bit harder walking back because of the hill!).
The views are stunning from the living space and main bedroom, the photos can't do it justice - a great view to wake up to each morning.
The other massive benefit is the parking space which can fit pretty much any sized car, this was hugely beneficial during our stay. The roads leading up to it are quite tight, as is the turn in when cars park opposite, but that's not uncommon at all around Cornwall.
The apartment itself is nice, in particular the lounge / kitchen, which is a decent space. Just be aware that the sofa is only really big enough for 2 so worth noting if you bring kids (there was only 2 of us), it has been changed since the photo we saw.
The kitchen is well equipped with pretty much everything you need, although there isn't a freezer (which we would only have used for ice cubes!), there was even milk and a few essential groceries awaiting us on arrival which is a nice touch.
The bathroom is the only area that could be improved, whilst there is nothing wrong with it in principle, it doesn't really inspire as much as the other areas, it is a little tatty in places but nothing to be concerned with - after all it is only the bathroom!
The main bedroom was a good size, bed very comfy and an ok wardrobe for our needs. We didn't use the second bedroom but seemed fine, if not a little compact.
The host was good, responses were in good time in the main and proved helpful (good tip around St Ives parking!). The only slight issue we had was a request from the host a good few months after we booked and paid to move the dates (we booked Wednesday to Wednesday, which was accepted, whereas the bookings were only supposed to be Saturday to Saturday), however once we explained we had other plans already booked then Victoria was very accommodating.
Overall we would definitely recommend to stay, we had a lovely time exploring Falmouth and the surrounding areas.
