This newly built, fully- handicapped accessible, studio apartment has a luxurious bath with a heated floor and walk in shower & washer & dryer. And a large deck with a gas grill.
Located on a quiet road in a friendly community just minutes from quaint stores - leather shops, Muddy Pond General Store, and the Country Porch.
Large seasonal salt water indoor pool.
Pool will be closed during winter months.

The space
Living area is spacious with high open beamed ceilings and plenty of natural light. Including seating area with pull out double bed, Queen size very comfortable electric bed and kitchen with convection oven and retro refrigerator. Bathroom includes heated floor and large walk in shower and is handicap accessible. Full size washer and dryer. Large private deck with full size BBQ grill.

Private entrance fully handicap accessible. Ample reserved parking.

Other things to note
There is a large queen-sized blow up bed available that is super comfortable. If you have 6 in your party.

I have lived in Muddy Pond for 31 years. I am a retired school music teacher. My husband, Mike, and I live on site in our connected log home. The indoor seasonal saltwater swimming pool Is one of a kind! It will be closed during fall/winter months. Come see for yourself!
