Thank you for choosing to stay with us. To make your visit most enjoyable here are a few tips
The thermostat regulating the house temperature is located on the wall separating the dining room from the living room (near the end of the table). The forced air system is old and not very effective in heating all the rooms. There is a small electric heater at the end of your bed, which you may use as an additional heat source.
To help us preserve energy please make sure that all heaters are turned off when you are not in the house.

We have made several drawers in the bathroom cabinet available for your personal items. The bottom right cabinet (closest to the toilet) has spare toilet paper and fresh towels.
Please do not use the bathtub.
Washer and Dryer
A Washer and Dryer are located in the garage (door off the kitchen) and are available for your use. The washer has a peculiar operating function that I best explain in person. Don’t hesitate to ask.
Living room/Safety Lights
We keep the curtains in the living room closed at night and when no one is at home. We also keep the porch light on at night. It operates with the left of the two switches next to the front door.
Make sure the dogs don't get out the front door when you go in and out of the house.
