Sebastian and his group were nice guest with quiet child. They have stayed 2 nights more, then they have reserved on airbnb, plus we gave them 30% discount. It is almost half price for them since they haven't payed airbnb service fee for those 2 days. For me, it is not important since airbnb charges only 3% to hosts but they charge much more % to guest. I have made them favor by accepting payment in cash instead payment trough airbnb, but it seems that they think that they have made favor to me :) . 3% is really small fee and I'm always prefer that guest make payments trough airbnb. Because that way I much more safe that guests will arrive and pay whole amount for reservation which he had made.
As I wrote everything was fine, ....almost.
That day which they have stayed longer, day before they departure, they have taken all blankets and sheets from our apartment even if it is not allowed and in the night they have returned from trip in nature, all those blankets and sheets were dirty especially blankets which were destroyed with pine resin. They just have told that they didn't know that it is forbidden to take that from the house and that we should told them so!!! This was really surprise since I didn't know that those thing's should be told even if we have told them that towels, which we provide to our guests, are only for bathroom not for beach. After that we didn't aspect that we should also tell them that is not allowed to take wardrobe, fridge, bed, television, gate, windows, fridge, blankets and sheets outside of apartment .. with them in nature. Well we also didn't told them that it is not allowed to jump from balcony but they didn't do so. My mother have checked those blankets and sheets but she have decided to forgive and not to charge anything even if new blankets were destroyed, just because she was hoping that that way guest will leave nice review. We have also help them to make some contacts for their business. Also one pillow for sofa which is in living room is missing. Must be that they have forget it somewhere... Luckily, we didn't have any guests which are arriving after their departure and we had time to buy what is damaged by them. Otherwise we will get bed review if somebody should arrived after their departure, since, with those blankets, we will not give our guests what they have payed for. Therefore, I want to explain to this guest that if he have payed for reservation of apartment for specific days, he haven't bought everything inside of apartment and he should be responsible for every damage he makes. And, also, lowest price which he could find on airbnb for such big and well equipped apartment doesn't mean that everything is worthless inside of it and that he is allowed to treat it that way. Just ask you self would you treat your own new blankets and bedding that way.
If this group of guests have found those damaged and dirty blankets in apartment I'm 100% sure that they will mention that in review. But, are they willing to admit, by themselves, that they have made damage?
Anyway, they have made more damage then they have payed for their stay. But it is always pleasure for me to donate accommodation to such people. :)
I do not recommend them at all.

As I have wrote in review for you, you were lookin for whole house and I have told you that this is an apartment in house and therefoe you can aspect to hear other people. What that means that apartment has shared kitchen and living room!? Well you and your family have rented one apartment for all of you with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. If you want to rent seperated apartmernts for 2 families there was an option for that. I can't see what is point that complain. Besides you have wrote that there will be 3 or 4 adults and when you have arrived there were 5 adults, but you haven't mentioned that. We haven't charge you anything for extra person.
Outdoor area has light but I really don't know how did you miss it. Besides there is a dining room. Really it is not apropriate to have barbecue party when other people are trying to sleep. This is a quiet arrea of town and if you need a party then you should have considered to stay in center but that way you will hear more neighbours and beaches will be to far from you.... and that is endless circle

Please don't complain because you have get what you have rented. The place is as it is described. If you have wanted to rent a house for you and your family then you should not rent an apartment and after that should not write that kitchen and living room is shared. Kitchen and living room was in your apartmernt which you have rented and nobody else uses that kitchen and living room. Sofa bed in living room was for 5th person which was not nmentioned by you in your reservation request.
