There are a total of 11 appartments in the building, and nice neighbours.

The neighbourhood is very sympathetic, with a mix of cafees, galleries, clothing stores and restaurants. The Vigelands sculpture park is five minutes away by foot. You can walk to the impressive Astrup Fearnley galleri located in Tjuvholmen, a very interesting modern part of the city, with living spaces, outdoor swimming, and the THIEF SPA if you would like to treat yourself to some extra joy. You can even make a beautiful walk to the magic Operahouse from here, most of the way along the water.

There are several supermarkets nearby, and a nice vegetable store just around the corner.

The Vigelandspark is perfect for it´s beautiful sculptures. You can make a picknick or go swimming during the season in their impressive outdoor pool.
