The Red Room boasts sharp angles, bold colors, and a funky floor. The walk-in closet is huge--so big that it has a twin bed in it and there's still tons of room for storage.
The house is located in the Alberta Arts District, five blocks from tasty restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and hip bars. The home was quite spacious and suited our needs. We were five, but could have easily accommodated many more. We enjoyed the Alberta Arts District neighborhood too.
Kol was very accommodating! Me and 8 friends where frantically looking for a house that would hold all of us and also last minute. He was very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for all of us, and we felt right at home! The kitchen was spacious and it was great having the large dining table for all of us to eat at. We where even able to use the grill outside to cook our dinner which made the food even better. The location of the house was great and all of us would love to stay here again.
We really enjoyed staying in this house, and especially enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood was beautiful and people friendly.
Kol made our mini- family reunion a total success. The house is comfortable and well furnished. When we needed a mixer, an iron, a couple more chairs, he quickly provided them. When it got hot out Kol made sure we knew how to operate the central air conditioning. Kol even lent us bikes so that we could join the neighborhood ciclovia. We used the grill and hot tub. A great place. I'm sure we'll be back.
We had a lovely time when we stayed here at the end of March. The house is close to a number of great transit lines, and is just blocks away from countless excellent bars and restaurants. There are technically four bedrooms, but one is so large that it has an extra bed in the closet - it suited our large vacation group well! This home is an absolute steal; I would whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone.
My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The house is big and cozy and came with everything we needed. The owner of the house, Kol, is very friendly. I highly recommend staying at this house during your visit to Portland!
Very clean, spacious, quiet. Great place to stay!
