Surrounded by native forest, high on the Te Ahuahu ridge-line you can relax in an environment of modern design, sun-soaked decks, and tranquility that will quiet even the busiest of minds. Located close to Piha Beach (5min drive) and Karekare Beach (8min drive). The popular and scenic Mercer Bay Loop track is also located just at the end of the road for wilderness explorer’s.

The space
The property has recently been architecturally designed and constructed to the highest standard and benefits from three large bedrooms, two living areas and an open plan kitchen / dining area.

The outside spaces include lush lawns and tree lined gardens, there are plenty of activities for children of all ages including a full sized trampoline, treehouse with slide and rope climb, multiple swings, and basketball hoop.
