We are pleased to welcome you to our newly renovated industrial farmhouse A-Frame! It is nestled in a quiet Canyon Lake neighborhood minutes from amazing outdoor activities around the lake, including hiking, golfing, kayaking, boating, and tubing the Guadalupe River. Its setting is a perfect place to unwind and relax or spend time having fun outdoors. There's no better place for a couples romantic getaway, or for small families to experience life in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

The space
Everything you need to prepare meals is provided in the kitchen, including cookware, utensils, some spices, sugar, and oil. Enjoy dinner together at our dining table or maybe on the back deck amongst the oak trees.

A coffee bar offers a coffee maker, coffee filters, ground coffee, so you can sit on the deck and take in nature as deer frequent the property.

The Living room has a TV with Netflix and Hulu, a comfy sofa which converts to a queen bed. We have plenty of board games, puzzles and books to have a wonderful evening.

The loft hosts the main sleeping arrangement with a queen bed that offers an unforgettable view of the A-Frame's uniqueness. The comfortable bed has cozy bedding and pillows for you to enjoy your stay. USB outlets are located on each side of the bed. You will want to play some music on the record player with a wide selection of records while in the loft.

A beautiful full bathroom is located on the main level. It has a modern shower and a separate soaking tub if a bath is more your style. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

As for the outside areas, we have two patio areas for you to enjoy. Watching passing deer is best done from the front patio. In the back you can chill in a hammock with a book or get cozy by the fire pit (BYO wood) during a chilly night. The outdoor string lights create a dreamy ambience under the big Texas sky.

In addition to making your stay wonderful we have central air (heat & a/c) to keep you comfortable all times of the year, a full size washer and dryer with detergent, WiFi High Speed Internet, and a charcoal BBQ pit.

Other things to note
Watch out for deer! We ask our guests to please drive cautiously as you get into Canyon Lake.

We take our cleaning very seriously, so you can be rest assured you will arrive at a thoroughly clean space.

If you need to sleep a 5th person, we have an air mattress available.
