There are many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, corner stores, and shopping areas within walking distance of our place. We are located in a very sunny micro-climate area of San Francisco and experience the San Fran fog much less than most of the rest of the city. Our neighborhood is very friendly, safe and clean. We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay in our amazing city.
Castro district is an easy 10 minute walk of only four blocks. Mission/Valencia district is also only four blocks away. Location is definitely one of the best parts of our home.
The host canceled this reservation 15 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Brandon's place was easy to find/ access and was well maintained. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. It was a bit warm but the windows help. The location in the Mission cannot be beat!
(The tram lines right outside the bedroom windows does make things a little noisy)
Brandon was an excellent host as this was our first time to San Francisco and our first Air B&B experience. Brandon's place is in an excellent location of the city with a Safeway a few blocks up the street in addition to many local bars, restaurants and bakeries. His apartment is a short walk to the BART and Muni lines which was convenient and Uber makes it cheap and fast to get around SF.
The apartment is great for 2 people and well stocked(plates, bowls, coffee pot, pans, etc). This was nice as it saves you some money on meals instead of going out all the time.
Brandon's place was ready when he said it was and he allowed us to keep our luggage in the locked garage as we arrived early.
We would stay here again for sure!
Perfect location! Right on the edge of the Mission and Castro, it's such an ideal spot for all your urban San Francisco needs. The top floor with outside deck, fire-pit, and grill is so cool. Lots of light in the space, bigger than it looks, and it has everything you need at your fingertips. I fully enjoyed the fantastic sound system I could plug my phone or computer into. I loved the Red tub, it's an extra long, perfect for soaking in.
Sound travels a little more than I expected to the neighbors downstairs, and the shared laundry is awesome (though I found it difficult to find a time to do my laundry as it was in use when i needed it since I worked during the day).
The kitchen is very well stocked. The closet and drawers were perfect for keeping my clothes organized and wrinkle free.
But the best part of this listing is the host Brandon. He carried my suitcase all the way up 3 flights of stairs! I love the keyless entry, it's a no brainer. He let me park my bike in his safe garage, and also my suitcases after checkout until my flight.
5 stars all the way!
cool place, great location, confusing shower, no fuss, easy to get in and out. love the views from the balcony.
We stayed in the flat for seven weeks, so we felt at home. It is a great area and Brandon is a great guy (and the dog Mahalo friendly too!) while we there there were some problems with the deck affected another apartment, so it had to be fixed, but it was all done in a good way. The deck really is the treat of the apartment. Personally we would have prefered a different type of bathroom but is fully functionable of course.
Lovely apartment in a great central location of San Fransisco. It was great to be able to access so many good restaurants in such a short distance.
The flat was clean and well kept. The only issue was the traffic noise at night, which I just wasn't used to, but if you normally live in a city I suspect this would be no real problem. The host is very nice and helpful. The shower is a bit weird and the whole bathroom gets wet.
