The Space

Our home, Casa360 is located between The Castro district and The Mission district. One block away from Dolores park with it's spectacular views of downtown San Francisco, is our top floor, spacious, modern, studio apartment.  Stained glass window, marble entryway, digital combination locks, electric fireplace viewable from the long full-length claw-foot bathtub with curtain-less shower.  200 square foot deck with amazing view of historic Mission-Dolores basilica, the oldest mission in California. Queen sized bed sleeps two comfortably.  Full kitchen with island, 6-burner gas stove and 2 ovens.  45" flat-screen HDTV with DVR cable box and two built in stereo systems.  Hard wood floors, skylights throughout the apartment and a small meditation room that can double as an extra bedroom with two twin beds. Entrance into the meditation room uses a low clearance door which may be difficult for some to enter. The large leather sectional couch can also sleep one person.   Guests have access to sunny back yard can use our large capacity washer and dryer.  On-site management to help with any questions or cleaning needs. We love pets and are dog and cat friendly.
Public transportation 3 blocks or less from our place:  J-church train for easy access to downtown destinations, 33 Stanyan takes you to Potrero Hill, Castro-Eureka, and Haight-Ashbury districts, the 22-Fillmore runs to Dogpatch-Mission Bay, Pacific Heights, and Marina districts. The classic  F-Market historic streetcars will take you from Castro down to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 along Market street and the Embarcadero.  Travel to and from SFO and OAK airports is easy by BART to the 16th and Mission BART station and then catch either the 33 or 22 bus lines.  Parking is available in the neighborhood and a map of areas only 2 blocks away which do not have 2-hour parking limits is available upon request.  Driveway in front of the house can be used to load and unload vehicles. We can now offer use of our 18 foot secure enclosed garage space by reservation on a first come first serve basis.

There are many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, corner stores, and shopping areas within walking distance of our place.  We are located in a very sunny micro-climate area of San Francisco and experience the San Fran fog much less than most of the rest of the city.  Our neighborhood is very friendly, safe and clean. We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay in our amazing city.

Castro district is an easy 10 minute walk of only four blocks. Mission/Valencia district is also only four blocks away. Location is definitely one of the best parts of our home.

  • We had a great time at this place. The apartment came up to our expectations, it is spacious, clean, well furnished and the incredible roof terrace guarantees breathtaking views.
Our arrival was well prepared and everything went easily. The place is perfectly located - just a few minutes from all public transport facilities.
We will come back! Thank you!

  • This is an awesome unit: Lots of space, great views from the balcony, and even a couple of twin beds for the kids. The location can't be beat. You can walk to the Castro or to Market St., and downtown is only a few minutes away on the J line that picks up a block away. This is a great place for a long-term stay or just a weekend.

Brandon is an excellent host (and Mahalo a fun hostess). I've stayed in his units many times and have always found him to be more than accommodating. I haven't had any problems yet.

  • Great place to stay. A very unusual apartment with a fantastic deck, a nice kitchen. Codes for the doors mean there are no keys to remember (or forget). Look forward to staying here again on future SF trips.

  • Had a great time at the Castro Apt. It was a quick walk to all the restaurants and bars in the Mission. And very close to the park. The roof deck is fantastic. Had a lot of fun out there. The place was clean and had all the amenities one would expect. The keyless entry makes getting in and out a breeze.

  • We had the best time in Brandon's apartment. He answered any questions we had right away, coming and going was a piece of cake. The location was perfect! Right next to Bi-rite Market, Tartine, Delfina and a zillion other great things. The apartment was clean and comfy. We loved chilling on the deck in the rocking chairs with views of beautiful San Francisco all around us. We will definitely come back.

  • yet another great stay at this location. gave feedback after staying here almost twelve months ago. my views have not changed - Brandon is a generous host, with a great apartment on offer.

I fell ill during my stay and required a short hospital stay. Brandon was extremely generous in allowing a late late late check out to accommodate my poor health and need to leave at a slower pace. much appreciated.

have no hesitation recommending to others, and would most definitely stay here again myself.

  • We loved every second here! The apartment was easy to find and the secure entrance was super handy and easy to use. It's up three flights of stairs but you don't really notice as there's a landing on each flight.

The apartment was perfect for a 7 night stay – long enough to get settled in and feel at home, and take advantage of the great area. We visited so many fantastic places nearby so this was the ideal place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable, the place was super clean and the living area was great for relaxing in. We needed help from Brandon with how to turn on the overhead shower (pull the button on the right hand side of the faucet) and he was super quick to email us about it. Plenty of towels, a great hi-fi for listening to music, an awesome deck to have drinks and dinner on as well as a massive TV. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is huge.

It is a little noisy at night as the tram goes along Church Street but this didn't disturb our sleep (and my husband is a very light sleeper). The extra toilet downstairs was also good and the mezzanine space made the apartment feel huge. It was handy to have access to a washer/dryer as well (Brandon gives instructions about how to access these).

We would definitely stay here when we visit SF again and have been raving about the apartment to all our friends. Thanks Brandon!

  • Great apartment, we really enjoyed staying here! Big and nicely furnished. A great kitchen with a huge stove and fridge and a lovely bathroom. Parking was challenging but is anywhere in San Francisco. Brandon was a great host.

  • The place is even nicer than the photos reflect. Clean, spacious, comfortable. The deck is gorgeous-- a perfect view. No complaints except the towels could be updated and Brandon should leave instructions as to how to turn on the overhead shower, which is confusing. Really great place. Highly recommended.
