We had a great time staying at Maud's place. It's very spacious and it is exactly as described. Metro is just 10 mins away, as well as RER trains. A very nice park is right around the corner. The bakery is a nice plus, although closed on the weekend.
I would definitely come back.
It was a nice appartment but as it says renoved, one of the toilet door was problem , it was not opening from inside, there was no toilet seat cover and we have to request , but we got after 2 days. The host gave us duplicate key for door, the lock was not functioning properly from inside and when we locked , we couldn't open the other day after check in and the key broke (website hidden) called the lock smith and host was charging us 150 euro just to take the key out and was playing a trick that she will deduct from our security. It was really bad experience. I would not recommend to book appartment . I also wrote about this complaint to airbnb
Dear Pankaj, I'm sorry to say that you did broke the key in the lock for a door which never caused any problem and I had to call someone to repair it. It did cost money, but you refused to pay anything to cover the damage you did. It's sad that you left a comment in bad faith under these circumstances. It's the first time I have such a bad experience with an host and it truly affected me as I always try to make the stays of my guests the best possible. Thankfully most guests on Airbnb are nice and respectful and I thank them for that!
We would like to thank Maud for a nice stay in Paris. Our flight has a problem and we didn't get to the apartment till 11:30pm which was very late but Maud met us and handed us the keys. The apartment is nice and spacious. We loved the fact that there was a Boulangerie right below and we could get fresh bread and croissants for breakfast every morning. We ate at a nice creperie and Lebanese place right across from the apartment. Most sites require a train ride but the train system is efficient.
The APT is spacious and nice. The location is a little bit far and you need to walk 10 minutes to the metro station, It is better to use the 21 bus that stops infront of the house.
There is no light at the toilet and no toilet sit at the second toilet.
She was very helpful and kind. Even though we showed up late and she was in a hurry for another appointment, she took her time and made sure we were familiar with everything. Will stay here again when we come back.
