This large,sophisticated 4BR,3BA has 2 complete Kitchens, 2 common areas with secluded sleeping areas. The space

This large house has been updated and prepared for comfort and convenience for large groups.. There are 4BR/3BA 1 king, 2 Queen,2 twin,2 futons,and one comfy sofa, airbeds on request. It can be separated into two private units or remain open for a larger gathering. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 common areas. The upper dining area has french doors opening onto a covered porch overlooking a fenced,private, spacious yard, picnic table and porch area.

Close by Tennyson Street and LoHi trendy restaurants and bars .
Uber ($4) to Union Station for airport train or restaurants/shops.

Michael and his family were great hosts and our group enjoyed the stay. They had an abundance of towels and toiletries for us to use which is always of help with large groups. We also really enjoyed the outdoor setup!

I stayed here for a weekend with a group of 8 guys for a bachelor party. It was great to have everyone sleep in a bed or couch, and with many bathrooms as well. The house is comfortable and the backyard is great for grilling or just to hang out. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location isn't prime for downtown activities but it is a short uber ride away. Would recommend to everyone.

What a great house. The area is really nice, quiet and walkable to two top notch dispensaries and food options. It's also a pretty quick ride to downtown and super easy to get out of Denver since you're not downtown. The house is big with two levels of rooms, living room and kitchen which made for good sleeping even if some in our group stayed up. The back yard is big enough for a group to hang out and grill with shade from the tree in the back. I highly recommend this house for a big group in Denver.

Michael's house was a fantastic spot for our group visiting Denver. Michael was very fast to respond to any questions I had prior to my stay. There were plenty of beds and couches to sleep on, and bathrooms to use. The house was kept in a very clean condition when we arrived, and the neighborhood was quiet so no cars/people to wake us. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!
