First floor, private entrance, 2-1/2 BR/1 BA condo in 1920's 2-family. Wood floors, original woodwork, great windows, modern kitchen, small deck & 3-season porch. Easy street parking w/complimentary 2-3-day pass. Kids/pets OK.

The space
This is a comfortable, clean, private home. Feels more like a single family house than a condo.
Sleeps 5: one queen BR, one full BR, plus additional twin in a private study adjacent to the living room. New queen fold-out sleeper also available - note additional guest fee. All bedrooms have window AC in season. Original cast iron steam radiators with updated gas furnace. Toasty towels after your shower!
Living room with Xbox, Amazon Prime video, WiFi, dining room seating for 6+, modern eat-in kitchen with updated SS appliances including W/D. There is a back enclosed porch with a porch swing plus a small deck to enjoy the sun - and the sunset over the rooftops:)

This home is bright, sunny, and breezy, located in a quiet yet vibrant neighborhood area. Two doors down is a children's park with water feature and playground. The beautiful Mystic River Reservation is at the bottom of the hill. Short, pleasant walk along the water to outlet shops, movie theater, Lego Land, restaurants, and subway station to Boston at Assembly Row.
