This apartment is perfect for either a single traveler desiring a quiet space, traveling professional who want a remote work getaway, or perfect for a couple who would like a quaint apartment for their Florence stay.
A quick note about the WC in case you are a first time traveler to Italy/Europe: The shower is stall-like (no tub) and fits one person, and is a typical quirky Italian shower which is step-in and modestly sized. The photo of the bathroom is quite accurate so be sure to take a good look!

-Check-in from 9am-7pm would be ideal please see * below for costs
-If you arrive before 9am, please let me know so we can plan a solution
-Past 7pm may be subject to an extra charge- please contact me if you'd like specific pricing if you already know the time you'd arrive in Florence is past 7pm!
-If you are late, please advise the host or co-host ASAP
-If you lock yourself out, you may be subject to a fee to have one of the co-hosts for a service call as I am unable to offer complimentary 24hr concierge and the co-hosts have various commitments and schedules of their own to organize. Thanks for understanding!
*Check-in times are flexible but if they are outside normal working hours of 9am-7pm, they will be subject to an extra fee that is non-negotiable

Please arrange your travel plans and give plenty of buffer time/do not rely on smart phone maps times for public transport. Please be respectful of everyone's time by being communicative and punctual within control. Grazie!
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole apartment, apart from the storage room which will be locked. The kitchen may be used but it is expected to treat all the cookware and appliances with care. Please be mindful of music/noise past 11pm, please ask me about having things mailed to the building, bike parking, guests, etc.
If you damage or break something by accident, I understand accidents happen! I kindly ask you to let me know as there is host guarantee but there is a time limit so your honesty will be rewarded with good karma I promise!
Other things to note
You will be living in a truly historical little part of town, just 4 minute walking distance from Borgo La Croce which is full of life, 10 minutes from the Arno river, 12 minutes from Firenze Campo di Marte, which is one of the train station in Florence.
Scenic 20min walk or short bus or bike ride to sites like Duomo, the David and Accademia!
Please note these pics were taken when I just moved in this place, and loads of improvements have been made to make it more cozy like more pictures, rugs, tables, a record player in the living room etc.
