Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Cleverson's apartment is fantastic. The location is great with plenty on offer in the immediate area as well as being close to all things central London has to offer.

Cleverson is a great communicator and can sort you out with any enquiries on London.

The room itself was very comfortable, and the shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom are all of a good standard.

    Will definitely stay again.

  • Cleverson accomplished win all details. Check in appropriated with all information needed. During my stayed offered breakfast. Check out without any complication. Recommend for the price we are paying.

  • I was staying in the Cleverson's flat from 15-22 March. I was very well received by Cleverson during the chek-in. The location was perfect.
A furnished kitchen was available for the guests which means you could cook for yourself if you wanted (large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove and all cooking utensils). There was tea, coffe, bread, butter, eggs, breakfast cereals freely.
The room was really good. It was airy, bright and warm. There was a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk to use the computer and luminaires. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The most interesting was the system to enter the room. There was a lock that only opened with the correct code, ie, super safe.
The bathroom was clean and well organized. There was a washing machine, iron, hair dryer. The shower was hot.

With respect to the host: great person, pleasant and helpful! He helped me a lot during my stay in London. I felt at home these days! I recommend the Cleverson’s flat!

Ele me ajudou bastante durante minha estadia em Londres. Me senti em casa durante estes dias! Recomendo o apartamento do Cleverson!

    Response from Cleverson:

Nathalia is a great person to have around. I highly recommend her. I would host her again.

  • The flat location is excellent, very close to King's Cross station. Cleverson was very kind.
When I arrived he showed me my room. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Wifi works well.
The only negative points is the lock on the bathroom door is broken. We had a really good experience in Cleverson's flat.

  • I didn't stay in this particular room in the end, because this one was taken--I stayed in a room in the same building; Cleverson got in touch early to ask me if that was OK. I only met Cleverson very briefly on the morning I left, but his communication with me before the trip was always fast. He was very helpful in general, and arranged a friend of his to be at the flat to give me the keys and show me around the flat, so everything worked out really smoothy.
The flat's location is great; not very far from King's X train station; I went to a conference at UCL, which was just a walk away--I didn't have to take the tube once! The room I stayed in was small, but clean, as was the rest of the flat.
All in all, staying at Cleverson's flat was a positive experience.

  • a real buddy!

  • The appartment's location is excellent, very close to King's Cross station in the heart of London. Cleverson was very kind. When I arrived he wasn't there but a friend opened and showed me my room. The rooms are clean and spacious, and one was in an upper floor and had a little kitchen too. Wifi works well. Good experience.

  • Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet Cleverson, because he was away - but I was greeted by one of his friends, Dani, who was quite helpful, but I only saw once when I arrived.
The place is not the cleanest, and the bathroom obviously requires a little bit more attention. The bedroom was ok, the sheets I slept on were obviously very old. The wifi is a bit touch and go. I wouldn't stay here longer than a day. The flat is quite dark, even during the day.
I stayed for only one night because I was catching a train the next day from St. Pancras/King's Cross. So in terms of proximity, the apartment is in an ideal location. Each bedroom door locks individually for extra security, but the lock on the bathroom door is broken.
For a longer stay, I wouldn't suggest it - the area is quite rough, during the day it's crawling with tourists, and at night there are a lot of drunk revellers around. The room is literally above the street, and the windows are not sound proof so all you can hear is traffic, sirens and people talking 24/7.
If you want to eat out, there are a few bars and pubs around, so don't expect anything particularly classy.
I expected more for the price I was paying - which was akin to something I would've payed at a hotel. This room is on the 2nd floor, so expect to climb some stairs, and hope that your luggage isn't too heavy.
