Quiet and secure place in the center of a big crowded city in Vietnam and having experience with Vietnamese family.
You find the right place :D.
A nice house which located in a small alley in the most central area (downtown), only takes 3 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market, central bus station, hospital, book store, supper market, restaurant, easy to take taxi, etc.
With an atmosphere that appeals to foreigners who want to live in calm and secure area. It will be a great place for you to rest after a long working day.
Room (30m2) is completely comfortable and fully furnished, wi-fi, private bathroom, elevator, air-conditioner, small fridge, induction cooker, desk and include electricity, water.
My place is not perfect but i'm sure you will have memorable experience when you decide to stay :).
Thanks so much for reading.

Most of time i'm busy, but when i have free time, i will help tenants look around my city, or maybe you can enjoy family meal with us if you like.
After booking, you will see my email and phone number, you can also contact me through Viber, WhatsApp, Line with the same phone number when you have any more questions.
People around are not good at English but they are very nice and kind, you can also talk with them by body language :).
In the day, there's a small coffee stand in front of the alley, you can go there and enjoy a coffee with Vietnamese style.
You can also go to the 23/9 Park near my house to meet up some young students who want to practice English.
* BenThanh Bus Station is very near my house, just 3 minutes to get there. If you want to go by bus but don't know how to find the bus you want to get in, ask me and i will be glad to help you.
* My house is located in the central area, you can easily take a taxi outside the alley by a waving hand.
* If you want to ride a motorbike around the city, you can go to the backpacker area to rent one and park it in the living room of my house.
* You can easily walk around to find what you need when you are staying in my house.
Give me a paper photocopy of your passport and visa in Vietnam. If you don't have time to prepare it or don't know how to do it, i will do it for you when you come.
Overall, this was a superb find. All communications prior to arrival went smoothly. I arrived from an early arrival flight - 9 am ish, and they were able to let me have access to the room. Basically, this is a family guesthouse with 4 rooms the rent. They told me they renovated it 3 years ago, adding floors and the elevator. I rented a motorbike and they let me park it inside at night with theirs. The family is busy, so it is not a real "in family, hang out with them" type of experience. I did take the offer to eat with them one of the 7 nights I was there. Very nice home food, cooked by all of them. Probably guests could participate. Some quirks with internet & no soap. Huge room, large comfortable bed, quiet, central, good AC. View of facing homes located on small alleyway. I would certainly go back and would invite them to my home considering how nicely they keep their home.
Vania she is a nice, and I would even say, special girl with strong commitment to her small house business as in the future of her life. I did enjoy her help and the invitation of the all family during the new year day. The location it is perfect and very quite. Elevator is there to get you to the rooms which are very spacious and have all what is needed for a confortable stay, from fridge, tv, ceramic cooker, air con, laundry service and wifi connection. So thank you Vania
Vania was great! The room was spotless! Her family was lovely! They invited me to have dinner with them and were really helpful when it came to questions I had about Saigon and Vietnamese food! They were a beautiful taste of real life in Saigon and I am grateful for the experience. The room was comfortable and in a great location!
Everything is exactly how described in the add and seen on the foto. The location is perfect, near the Central Market and the most interesting sights to see and in the same time is quiet and ideal to have a rest
The building is almost brand new, it has an elevator, aircondition
, fast internet and all you might need. Vania and her family are nice and kind and always ready to help the guest.
Very nice family stay in a quiet side alley close to the market.
Vania is a great host! Eager to help and accommodate her guests :)
The room itself is very spacious. Good location, good internet, good facilities.
I would recommend this room for any traveller in Saigon for short or long-term stay!
A very spacious room. Comfortable bed and cool air conditioning. Clean bathroom. There was an elevator in the place to get to my room. Locked front gate.
Located just a few minutes walk from main backpackers area. So it isn't noisy or busy. Close to Ben Thanh Market.
Host family was great. Answering my questions and allowing me to add extra nights to my stay. Vania is wonderful and friendly. I went out with here to see the night scene in a different district.
Highly recommended for the wonderful location, great hosts, and budget price.
I stayed with Vania 10 days. The room is fine, but do not provide towels for the bath and pillow is very uncomfortable. The first day he came to pick me up at the airport and is appreciated. The house is very well located right next to the market. If you want the house as a hotel go for it but if you come to live a Vietnamese family experience is not the place that you almost do not see them in your stay.
Brilliantly located close to Ben Thanh market and bus station, but not on the backpacker side, which means local experiences and few hustlers. Vania and family are lovely, the place is very secure and quiet and the rooms large and airy. I highly recommend Vania's place
for both short and long-term stays.
Walking the area is a great pass-time, being so close to both the river and the main tourist highlights. Street food options are abundant and street trees and boulevards keep the area a little cooler
