The space
The heart of the lovingly renovated Art Nouveau apartment from the 1920s is the large loft-like living area, which has an extra large box spring king size bed, a solid wooden table, and a high-class sofa area. The sleeping area can be separated by sliding doors if necessary. The TV swivels so you can operate it from the bed, table and sofa. A remote control makes it easy to adjust the ambiance lights behind the sofa set. The kitchen, which opens onto a green (in spring, summer and fall) courtyard, is fully equipped with everything you could ever need to prepare or warm up food yourself, and thanks to comfortable stools, it invites you to linger and drink coffee. The apartment is ideal for working, lounging or relaxing, preferably after an extended walk through the adjacent Vienna City Park (which is also considered very safe at night) or the sights of the 1st district. Although the apartment is very centrally located, it is located in a traffic-calmed zone, and the neighborhood is not used to noise. For smokers, there is a smoking area with a designated ashtray in the courtyard of the green residential building. Great bars and restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity and invite you to celebrate. The apartment is always warm and well heated in winter, and pleasantly cool in summer thanks to its location between the park and the planted courtyard. For hot nights in summer months, there is air conditioning A/C❄️ exclusively for the sleeping area.
